@Meji-Manho didn't do anything suspicious, but that for me makes me suspicious. everyone says something to set someone else off at some point and i was just trying to see what reaction he'd have to it. Unfortunately, a brush-off isn't much of a tell one way or the other

Suppose there are a couple people that others seem suspicious about. The mafia may use that to their advantage to remove the competition without ever exposing themself/themselves.
THAT is my problem with using scumlists in the first place.

How are the mafia going to use that to their advantage? If they have no good reason for lynching someone, and are just joining a bandwagon, that really gives them away Day II. Now, if they NK suspicious people, more power to them. They just allowed us to turn our attention away from suspicious townies that are now dead.

The town creates the "reasons." The scum just have to grab on to those reasons and add a few of their own. Have you played as scum before? (Sorry if that was already answered)

Uhm. Yes. One game off these forums that was poorly done. Secondly, have you ever seen scum grab onto the reasons? It's a bit obvious. They have poor reasoning for why they agree, other than "What he said." They don't bring anything new for suddenly switching the vote as soon as a band wagon starts.

See bolded. Additionally, mafia aren't the only ones who make slips. If they're good scumhunters in the first place they'll realize what's scummy about the townies' posts.

Tubby, even if the deadline's coming up there's still time to think properly about who we should vote for! You say that you think yernab's the most suspicious, as do I, but you voted for Wrath even though you didn't suspect him at all. He'll be lynched by deadline anyway, with his number of votes, so why rush it when there's no absolutely concrete evidence?

Is this scummy or VI?

1)waiting till deadline to simply get a lynch is weak,

2) day1 lynches always have the east amount of info/evidence

3) my hammer isn't a VI move if anything you may call it scummy.

4) after wrath reaching L-1 his damned if he does damned if he don't post kinda sealed it for me. It diddn't appear that he was going to defend himself any longer so i figured i'd simply put him out of his misery.
