What good will that do? If you're ready to lynch them and they role claim is that going to change your mind or make them seem more scummy? If you're the cop and you think you're going to be lynched and you investigated someone the night before and found scum, then your claim will help the next day, but I doubt it will save your own life.

Role-claiming generally is good practice when you believe your lynch is inevitable. If you happen to have a role, you can feed that information before you're lynched, and it is confirmed by your role being revealed upon death. It's not always about saving yourself. However, role-claiming should be the last card in your hand.

There are, of course, other situations where mass role-claiming can be beneficial, such as end-games.

Sorry but I'm not quite seeing what's suspicious about his reaction. He's stated he wants the game to move on, and even if he misinterpreted the meaning behind the vote, it's consistent with what he's been saying.

Godot said himself that he was willing to dismiss it as noob eagerness and wouldn't place a vote for him. I can understand someone raising a FoS (Finger of Suspicion), but why do you think Godot's suspicions warrant a vote for him? Your vote for him, especially as an IC (Inexperience Challenged) makes me slightly suspicious. Isn't part of your job as an IC to teach us how to use words like IC and FoS?

I find it hard to see how someone who is enthused by being voted for, whether the game is going slow or not. This, in my opinion, does warrant some suspicion.

Why would scum be enthusiastic about a vote? Why would a townie? That's why I think it's legitimate enthusiasm about the game progressing.

Kison: I would say his vote on me is fine if he didn't take something I said out of context and used that as an excuse to vote me. I've said it multiple times that I didn't not say I found Xtomxs reactions suspicious, yet he seems to think that I did and has used it as a reason to vote for me. I do not see where this is coming from. I do not like how he has stretched his evidence to support a vote, I thinking most scummy player here.

Honestly, it's not a very hefty vote. We're still in the early stages of the game. To me, it's just something that stood out, and well, we wanted to get beyond the random voting stages, correct? So there you have a vote. It did do a good job sparking discussion and gain reactions. Those are good things.

On to the point as to whether or not you cast suspicion on your comment to Xtoxm, by saying "I'm not going to vote you

", you imply that what he said bothered you, but not enough to vote. Nontheless, if it bothered you on the same grounds as a vote, just not to that extent, you imply it is scummy. I, however, disagree in that I think it's _not_ scummy, and therefore unwarranted.

Basically, don't take the vote so personally. If you've nothing to hide, the best thing you can do is find who is indeed scummy instead of fight the votes against you.
