NSG knows normal mechanics a little better than I do probably, but I don't think a neighborizer starts with a neighborhood at all? A neighborhood is created the first time they successfully connect with a shot I thought. It matters in a way different from a notes PT: A neighborizer who doesn't shoot night 1 either is or isn't a miller to a PT cop. I always understood neighborizers to not be vulnerable to PT cops until they connect.

With that in mind/if that's correct, the best name for the neighborhood would be the name of the two players that are in it when it begins due to a [first] successful shot.

Rules are fine.

Traffic analyst is suppos d to get a.positive on mailman. Results PM should be reworded to be more.open to that. "Capable of private communication.

Either use "another player" instead of "a player" in every single role PM, or use "a player" and expect players to know that normal queue mechanics always bar selftargetting. The former is probably better.
