It varies year to year; usually, it depends on how large the moderators in charge want to make it. We first fill slots with interested solo winners (although you and Cabd will get priority too because you won multiple), then fill in the rest with spots from the big group awards.

The banned jokes and the lines written about anyone on the island segments were pregenerated then filled in randomly with usernames (Flay used a general algorithm to determine the top fifty current players). So like literally no jokes were targeted at anyone and the only distinguishing factor was where a username would be plugged in was "top 50 current user" or "banned user"

I literally cannot comprehend what people are finding offensive

UberNinja/ReaperCharlie was the one working on the dark theme... it was also bogged down by tons of half-implemented features (such as game tracking, automated signups, etc) so it wouldn't be functional until those features went live.
