Also: the Mish Mash Scummies weren't included in this, they got lost in the shuffle, but those awards will be given out soon too! I had them listed somewhere but through all my CTRL+Fing PMs, Skype logs, etc. I can't seem to find them. CC/xof will post them here soon.

Since we didn't get to it last year, we'll basically do this to everyone who won this year + last year:

- Assemble a mod team from mod award winners.
- Send out invitations to fill the game to individual player award winners.
- Fill any vacancies first come, first served basis from the Best Scum Group winners.
- Fill any remaining vacancies first come, first served from the Best Town Team winners.

And that's a shitty policy. If you're going to write parodies of people you should get their permission. I am actually shocked if its not already the case. There is no other part of this site where it would be kosher to write a mocking parody of someone without getting their permission first.

As a person who was involved in the instance you're referencing, the situation is rather different. Using site members is standard practice in the Scummies. Unfortunate situation, definitely, but not something I personally feel Reck (or any of the writers, as someone not-Reck has claimed to have written that portion anyway) should be held responsible for in terms of punishment, etc.

Are you saying that using site members wasn't standard practice in other Meta site games prior to that one?

the objection was me using that game as a way to vent my frustrations with certain site figures in a way that they didnt deem particularly okay

AND FOR THE RECORD: the specific terms of my banning had little to do with greyICE and Umbrage and were mostly because of the scenes involving dramonic & Llamafluff
