Also I agree with the Chara nom tbh.
Chara is one of the strongest newer player that I believe is regularly improving in a way that fits the title rising star.

I think the top contendor Ali would be more fitting to get Don Corleone cause I don't really see Ali as a consistently rising and improving player the way I see Chara. Also I 100% think Ali deserves Don Corleone as a nom I don't feel like getting into in this post.
