END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:

0: I am the mod of this game, and thus have absolute power. All decisions I make are final. I can't cover every eventuality in rules, so play it smart. Punishments will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

1: Play to win.

2: Do not discuss this game outside of this thread, unless your role PM gives you the ability to do so. This includes real life, other threads on this site, PMing people on this site, and activity on other sites.

3: Do not use any form of cryptography in your posts. This includes small/invisible text, strings of numbers that requires a 'key' to unlock, and hiding secret messages within a message itself, through capital letters or through use of a key.

4: If you want me to read it, put it in bold.

5: Do not impersonate the mod or other players.

6: All Days are two weeks long. All Nights are three days long. No extensions, no mercy.

7: If several players are absent, either due to lurking or V/LA, the active players may vote Thread Lock. If Thread Lock is voted by half of the active players, the thread will be locked and deadline extended until all activity issues have been resolved.

8: Every day at 9:00 PM EST, the thread will be updated. Votes will be counted and actions will take effect. If you vote or take an action after an update, it will not be counted until the next day. I may be late some days, but I won't count votes made after noon until the next day.

9: If you do not post in between updates without having given me prior knowledge of your inactivity, you will be prodded. If you do not respond to the prod or post within the next day, you will be replaced. If you receive three prods, you will be replaced.

10: Items can be given to another player at any time during the day. Items can also be destroyed at will. PM me to perform either action.

This is not a bastard game. I will never lie to you. There are no role or alignment altering mechanics. The roles may be unusual, but they are balanced. The game is designed to be swingy, and defy your expectations, but you're not supposed to try and second-guess me. Follow the rules, and you'll be fine.

Prodding Friend Mairsil and Robocopter87.

EDIT: I did some digging, and it looks like Friend Mairsil's flaked. First I noticed he hasn't picked up his role PM. Then I looked at his profile, he joined the site on the 1st of this month, and he's only made two posts, /inning for this game and another non-newbie one. Either he's an alt that someone's forgotten about, or he's a new user that's in way over his head. If the former, I don't want anybody screwing with this game because of meta, and if the latter, he's not the kind of player that should be in this game, especially not with Reck waiting in the wings. I'm replacing him and PMing Reck now to see if he wants the spot.

Robocopter's picked up his PM. He hasn't posted on the site for a couple days. I sent him a prod and a link to the thread. Hopefully he just went V/LA for a couple days and will return soon.

In the meantime, you can post here as much as you want, just don't expect any votes to be counted.

majorly weak. im fairly sure i can handle myself. granted im new to the site, but i am not new to the game. nor am i even new to theme games with outlandish powers. if given a chance im sure you wont be disappointed. however since it is up to umbrage ill let him decide. hopefully i get to play.

No. I've seen plenty of new users that think their experience on other sites prepares them for this one, if anything it ends up as a hindrance, since they have to unlearn their method before learning ours.

Friend, I suggest that you play a newbie or at least a mini normal before playing a theme game. I'm sure you do have experience off-site, but the way we play on mafiascum is very different from a lot of other sites. You should get used to our style of play in a simpler game first.
