Imma create PARTY HAT MAFIA. Based on the Party hat meme.

I'll take as many players as I can get and stuff. Expect not very detailed PM's (though, idk, actually)

Town will be party hat avatars, scum will be something else that i'll come up with cos I'm funny and stuff.
