Alright, here's lto and my night actions last night that should help rather than us dancing around.

I used a combined watcher/messenger action. My message had a restriction as to the contents of the message that's not relevant for night action sorting. I attempted to target Hu Tao but Bell got my message. I know Bell actually received it because I put in a request to answer with a favorite vegetable, so Bell can't be faking that. I got feedback that (paraphrase) said lemon and lap visited Bell, which threw me for a loop because I visited Hu Tao. We know for a fact know (well as soon as Bell actually disarms the bomb on himself) that lemon wound up visiting Bell.

LTO used a weak hider on Joyboy. So

unless LTO was redirected and LTO said no redirect on her action.
