The game is slightly bastard as in it's not entirely sure it's balanced, and crazy things probably will happen coming from my head, but as mod, I won't lie to you or anything. No Jesters or betrayal roles (in the sense that the alignment you play will be the alignment you win with).

Reserving a theme isn't really an official thing. It's perfectly possible to have two Harry Potter Mafias running at the same time and have them be very different games. So you can reserve it, but it doesn't really mean anything apart from "I'm going to run a game with this name in the future"
In addition, a couple of reminders:
