I wish you'd have waited to start the signup thread until you were given the "go ahead"
What if your experience did not count up?
What if I wanted to be evil?
What if I got severely ticked off for being taken for granted in the sense that I would say yes?
HMM?
Meh.
Go ahead.Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

I *have* glanced at it. And it looks good. Haven't quite gotten around to noting down comments.
It is a normal game and my suggestion would be not to try and fit a theme around it.
As it stands right now, I think it would be quite enjoyable as a normalYour happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

From now till the first of april, my access will be sporadic at best.
Leo and Cadmium have the 'go ahead' to start London II signups whenever they are ready.
I am hoping to start my vacation on or around April the First and may not have access to the internet till April the 15th.
So, any other stamps might take a little while coming but I'll get to it ASAP.
Cheers.

BJ...Please get your setup reviewed by someone and appoint a co mod for the game.
I'll get around to reviewing your previously modded game soon enough.
Sinister Overlord:
Prudent. Please let me know when the setup has been double checked.
I believe you have already asked for help once in the setup review thread but it might be useful to bump that request again.
I have internet access for the next week, until the 22nd.
If it happens until then, great. Or it will have to wait till the first of May.
Cheers.Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

Depending on previous performances, mods may be allowed to mod multiple games in the Free Market on an experimental basis.
Review shall be taken over the summer.
If you're interested in modding multiple games, please be sure to get them reviewed and appoint a co-mod.
Then come and ask for a pass here, as usual.
Previous experience (and not just no. of games modded but activity as a mod) shall be taken into consideration for both, mod and co-mod.
A limit of two games at a time is recommended and since the size of the game usually reflects its complexity, I request you to think things through before venturing into modding two really large and/or complex games at the same time.Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

That's from the rules post. But remember that you need to have put quite a lot of thought in your idea before you can claim it, and that you can't keep a claim up for years.
Are you just pitching a stake? Or is your tent ready too?
Many games are developed without notice, so if someone wants to run something similar tomorrow, I can't/wouldn't stop them.Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

The number of abandoned games especially byexperiencedmods makes me require a co mod. Sycko being co mod on this, does nothing to re assure me.
Especially with them being "kids" and summer approaching, I want no chances of it being abandoned due to vacation and what not.
The "kids" will get an opportunity but I just want to make sure it won't go awry.
Maybe you can ask Fuldu if he wants to be a standby in case something happens?Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

I'll post you a good luck card at this time and send you to a reviewer as well.
Then promise me by all that's holy to you that you won't flake out over the summer and satisfy the reviewer and you can have what you like.
Get a backup mod appointed while you're at it.Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

Designer mafia would be an exception.
Though FD had me take a general look at one of the designers and had to tweak some of the roles himself.
Otherwise, mod experience and previous mod achievements (or otherwise) are things I take into account.
New mods will certainly be sent to reviewers, as will those who had problems in earlier games. And ambitious games like Quag's will most certainly need a review.Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

There's no need to get snotty.
It was obvious that my post was written without checking any of the other lists.
I don't need to. You provide links to previous modding experience.
Sassing me, won't earn you any extra points, experience or no experience.
Quite the opposite really.Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

I haven't done so yet. I don't want to find out if I need to do it in the future.MeMe wrote:Just out of curiosity -- do you block mods for any reason other than inexperience? I mean, if they "sass" you can you prevent them from running a game?
It's not about me or my ego but it's not too much to expect a little decency, is it? I don't even claim respect.
As far as FD's being a spork fan or not, whether or not you get to be co-mod depends on the mod who wrote the game, and not any list mod.
According to the front post:Brian wrote:Alrighty, I finally got someone (Quagmire) to review my setup for me, and I bribed Mathcam to be my co-mod. What else needs to be done before I can start signups?
Flying Dutchman wrote: If you want to start sign-ups make a post in this thread, and include at least the following information:- Your game name.
- The flavour text.- Add as much flavour text as you want. It will be included in the signups
- The number of players.
- Your experience, if you haven't modded a large game before.- Please provide links to relevant threads so that the current List Mod can check to see if you're qualified to begin sign-ups. It will make his/her life much more easier.

Meh. I'll follow FD.I just felt like mentioning that I find it disconcerting when posts disappear out of this thread and I wish that mods would be encouraged to start their own sign up threads
It allows me to use the cool moderating options on the forum!Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

I'd prefer the setup be reviewed by someone.
Appoint a backup mod in case of emergencies please. Just send them choices at the end of each night.
Since Shrade is the one with the modding experience, I would've preferred, him having posted this.
If you have modding experience on the GL, please link me.
If and when approved, this game *does not* give you (darquiel) experience to start a Free Market game of your own in the future. As it is, since you already have no modding experience, Schrade will be expected to be doing most of the work. With a joint account, I cannot tell who did what. The necessary experience can be gained by running a mini or regular game on scum or one on the GL.
And for future information, chat modding counts towards nothing on board.
Approval pending the game's review and a performance review for Schrademan in his money. Mostly, the former.
P.S.: Schrade requires to havecompletedmodding one game. Use that time to get this reviewed.Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-

Actually, I PM'ed him and making it a 60 player game is exactly what might not make it worthwhile for scum. Quagmire had a torrid time seeking replacements in his 40 player game.
I suggested putting up a notice in MD asking for scummers to visit FBG. I know there are a few players who would be interested and it would be easier than bringing half of FBG over.
Iammars, I will get back to you ASAP.Your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.-
