also cutting eavesdrop is a bit sad because watching town trying (and failing) to crack the code was hilarious, but it's also totally reasonable (though removing eavesdrop because it has RNG and keeping submarine despite it also having RNG is a bit weird)

I didn't feel like eavesdropper RNG added that much stress. We just didn't say anything in the PT that could be decipherable, at any point.
And the submarine RNG actually adds a lot because say you're a PR with info and a submarine missile might be heading for you. It matters a lot whether your name disappears from 5 to 3, otherwise you might claim under the false impression that you're about to die. And also just how people act when they think they may be about to die is telling.It's always the same.
