If you're struggling to make sense of the game I don't think removing power roles is the way to go. Mountainous is of course entirely reliant on your reads.

I wouldn't personally make the value judgment that it's too often but it's certainly often.

Consider third parties and multiball. I think the default must be lower than 50%.
