Each night, you may lend a player $50. They must pay it back within one day-night cycle (e.g.: by the end of Night 2 if given out at the end of Night 1), or they will incur (compound) interest at a rate of 5% per phase (rounded down to two decimal places) (starting on Day 3 if we continue the previous example). Failure to pay the interest rate by night (all of the interest from previous day-night cycles) will result in the player being jailkept for the night. The money can be paid back at any time.

Mod Notes: You can change $ to some currency if another role establishes a different currency system. This role does not establish any use for money other than lending it to others and paying off interest.

Each night, you may lend a player $50. Each night, you may target a player. You will attempt to learn whether the targeted player has a gun (flavor-wise). In addition, if the player has a gun, the targeted player can pay $25 to buy additional ammo granting them another use of their ability if it is X-Shot.

Mod Notes: The targeted player has until the end of the next day to decide whether to spend money. They should not specifically know they were targeted by a gunsmith; the pm should be generic enough to have come from a different role that offers the same ability. This role does not give players any starting money. You are free to switch to a different currency system if it meshes better with the roles in the game. All purchases are subject to a 7.5% sales tax that goes to the moderator of the game, meaning that the gunsmith only gains $23.12 from purchases.

Each night, you may target a player. You will attempt to protect them from a single kill.

You start the game with $99.73. Whenever you successfully protect a player, that player is charged $40 in medical bills. If that player cannot pay, they will be jailkept for the following three nights instead.
Mod Notes: You may use a different currency from $ if another role establishes a different one. If a player cannot pay their medical bill due to insufficient funds, the doctor receives no money. You are not required to notify a player when their balance changes, but up-to-date balances should be available upon request. All other players start with $0 unless otherwise dictated by the other roles in the game.

You begin the game with $44.06. Each night, you must bet some amount of your money. The moderator will roll a 1d100; if the result is 53 or greater, the amount you win and receive the payout listed below. Otherwise, the moderator wins and gains the money you bet. If you become bankrupt, you lose your vote for the rest of the game.

Payout = Bet + (Bet * 1.2) * 0.925
(Note that this includes your original bet being returned, so the actual gain is approximately 1.2x as much.)
A 7.5% commission is charged on all winnings, so the moderator receives the following money on a successful gamble:

Commission = (Bet * 1.2) * 0.075

Mod Notes: A different currency than $ may be used if established by another role. This role does not provide other players with money or give a use for money beyond the description in this role. The moderator should set a minimum amount that must be gambled, but the precise number should be kept secret to keep the role interesting. Balance updates should be available upon requests, but balance changes do not require a notification.

Each night that your action succeeds, you receive a salary of $6.84. You start the game with $0.99.
