Town Combined Security Guard Visionary
Each night, you may target a player. That player will learn whoever else targeted them, and will learn the types of actions (as described in Natural Action Resolution/Normal Game) that targeted them (except for this action).
Note that the Security Guard and Visionary results are given out in two separate Results PMs.

Town Friendly Neighbor
Each night, you may target a player to inform them that you are aligned with the Town.
If you want something potentially useful and unambiguously Normal, Backup Friendly Neighbor would be ideal... however if you want to replicate Earl I'd recommend 0-shot Friendly Neighbor instead
