without trying to come across as too whiny (mission already failed), this isn't really how i tend to play the game. i could ask people "why do you have this read", but their answer would probably be something along the lines of "it's a gut feeling, i like their early posts". it's hard to explain exactly, i just prefer to observe people rather than directly question them in order to read them. that obviously isn't to say that questions aren't useful for reading people, just that i prefer them to be more pointed and intentional in service of furthering some read, rather than casting them out with the intention of

a read, if that makes sense.

in a way though, i am being the change that i want to see. i expected the post i just made to further my wagon (not to say that i made it with that intention, just that i recognized that that would probably be its effect), so hopefully that at least gets the game going in a direction easier for me to sink my teeth into.
