I really liked Dour's pressure on GIEFF early, and it seemed sincere. Then it stopped all of a sudden, and he started agreeing with GIEFF and quickly moved on to Panzer. Why the sudden flip?

So mafia either has a roleblocker, we don't have a protection role, or something else is going on to ensure that once a cop claims, he is not all that useful to the town. Is SL doesn't shoot herself, my vote doesn't move off of her for the rest of the game, until she is dead. I don't case if 2 other people claim Scum, VigSL that has half a brain cell shoots herself tonight.

1. It avoids the possibility that SL is the actual vig, tries to kill a NK-immune, and we lynch her for this, keeping the NK-immune alive.

It also avoids the possibility that SL no-kills and tries to frame me/myk.

SL has already shown that she is too egotistical to put the Town's goals ahead of her own, even if she's Town.

And to be honest, I would bet that even if the plan calls to shoot someone else, she'll kill me overnight if she's Town.

This makes absolutely no sense, Xtoxm. If SL dies tomorrow anyway, why not just have her die tonight? It confirms her as vig, and let's us make the choice for the third kill with a LOT more information than we have now. It ALSO avoids the possibility of SL fake-claiming someone is NK-immune, or someon ACTUALLY being NK-immune.

This plan isn't just a little bit better, it's a lot better, and is SL was town, she'd realize that.

And I don't know why you are being so stubborn.

This is by far the best plan.
SLSK (obviously) won't comply with said plan.
SLVig seems too stubborn and egotistical to comply with said plan.

If "it had been established" that I was going to speak nothing but Russian, would you want to "get a move on"? I quite think its better to spend every second of this day trying to convince her to kill herself, it that's how long it takes.

I find it genuinely interesting as well that my questions are being largely ignored. Perhaps it's because many of the players stopped watching this thread... I would be genuinely insulted if it was because they didn't perceive the question as being worthy of an answer.

Not at all, SensFan. I wasn't even specifically addressing you in particular, to be honest, but rather was asking about playstyles in general. I've noticed a much more hostile playstyle becoming more prevalent around here, and I was trying to figure out how effective it is and whether it adds to the entertainment value of the game as a whole (since the entire point of a game is to provide entertainment for the players). I apologize if you feel like I was "calling you out" specifically... that was not my intention.

If you're looking to find anti-Town explanations in everything, you WILL find anti-Town explanations in everything. And so the Scum are just as likely to be able to rebut the points, if you're just playing Devil's Advocate.

I agree with Sens. Town's job is to figure out who's scum, not have the other townies prove they're town.

If a player can't come up with a pro-town reason, then that is factored into the decision of who is scum and who isn't.

Scum will come up with WAY more pro-Town reasons than Town.
