You just come off sounding retarded in this post. What exactly is the correlation between bandwagons and lynches? Are you honestly claiming that every bandwagon turns into a lynch? Not even the majority of bandwagons turn into lynches. The purpose of a bandwagon is to garner reactions and record who jumps on, and why, then derail it before the lynch.

A whole other issue is saying that the CKD lynch was a bandwagon. It was barely even enough votes to lynch at deadline, making it not a bandwagon. And I thought it had fairly good evidence. If I didn't I wouldnt have been on it.

My point is that you seem to be 100% willing to hop onto something that you know gives mafia a chance to act in a way that doesn't harm their case. That doesn't seem very pro-town to me.

Um...I wasn't aware that I had to come out and say that the CKD lynch was enough, given that I accepted it yesterday, and its the towns job to hold me to that, not mine. Sure, I'll take responsibility for it. It was my case and my push that led that wagon to be strong enough for a deadline lynch. I still believe my play was justified, however.

Take ABR. ABR is known for fakeclaiming as town. Which means that when he's exposed as fakeclaiming, it doesn't necessarily mean he's scum. Or take Fritzler or BabyJesus. Both have unique playstyles that might come off as scummy at first glance. In both cases, metagaming helps you get a more accurate picture.

But metagaming's effectiveness doesn't stop there. Some players have scumtells that are unique to themselves, maybe they lurk more as scum, or they defend other players more as scum. If you can discern that something is a scumtell for a particular player, then you're much better off.

In fact, I would go further, and say that metagaming is essential. There is no such thing as a universal scumtell, one that applies to all people.Not even claiming scum. For some people, that's just a boredom tell. As such, it's important to see what is a scumtell for a particular player. If you don't have past data, then you're forced to use scumtells that are generally effective, that's a given, and in fact, I would be shocked if any player went to the lengths of looking up the other players in his games, as it takes a lot of effort to identify scumtells for particular people. But that doesn't mean metagaming is ineffective. It just means that metagame data must be interpreted corrrectly.

Kabenon, please present threads that support your statement that it was different to when she was town, bearing in mind that there are good reasons she was posting less.

Well, there is a 3rd possibility, which is that if you are actually a vig..they kill who we say you're going to kill. Then you've wasted your one shot and we can't tell whether you killed or they killed because there was only 1 night victim in that case.

My main reason for voting for you right now was your hesitance at even considering Kab to be scum (that you showed us) and for actively trying to convince others that he wasn't scum without using examples from the game to show innocence. Jesus, I can't believe this game is actually over. This is the second game I ever joined, the first being mod-abandoned. I've finished four games since. haha

I kind of wish I hadn't been killed night 1, and even if I had been, it would have changed things to be the Doc. In Day 2 I asked JDodge if I could replace in, but he said I shouldn't since I was the Doc. I would have been all over Seph's back. =D

lol, TinVision. I was really wondering why his lurking wasn't a bigger issue. And also why on earth he hadn't been replaced. I thought he was scum till the end just because I had no reason to think otherwise.

And it seems I was right about the Shanba-Sephiroth distancing thing. But I'd forgotten all about it as the game went on.

The town played badly this game with some particularly miserable performances =/. That's not to say that scum didn't play well. Well done guys.
