A harsh cry jolts you from your sleep, and you awaken to unfamiliar surroundings inside a stone house of sorts. The last thing you remember is being captured and knocked out by the Royal Guard...

You leave your makeshift house to investigate. Others follow from similar houses, seeming to arise with expressions matching your own.

Welcome to your new home, friends - the pit. You're all here for crimes of treason, murder, theft, arson... you name it. However, there is a slight problem; I'm fairly certain a good amount of you are innocent and wrongfully convicted. But no matter! I'm sure if you spend some time together, you will become very good judges of each other's character. Sentence someone between yourselves to death by nightfall, good luck. Oh, and one last thing!

This is Yin and Yang; they'll be accompanying you here in the pit. Yin may have vital information for you and will answer any question you ask. Yang may or may not have information for you and may or may not answer any questions you ask.

Spoiler: Vanilla Townie You don't have long to mourn as the Mayor descends upon you yet again, this time as a winged harpy. He transforms back to the familiar shape of his top hat form. Fantastic work yesterday, friends. Same drill again, sentence the corrupted within you. He grins, and flies off into the heavens.

It's not long after the Mayor's flown off, ignoring the numerous questions everyone has, when you hear... something. beep beep beep You look around for the source of the noise, eventually landing on Ircher. beep beep beep Yang shakes her head. He's used metronome and transformed into a Voltorb. beep beep beep Yin nods grimly. The Holy Lance be with you. Strapped to Ircher's chest is a bomb. There's a large red button on the front that spells DETONATE. Ircher looks around anxiously. It seems my fate may be sealed. However, there's no need for anyone here to do anything drastic... Ircher is confirmed town. At any time, any player may detonate the bomb and kill Ircher by posting DETONATE in all-caps and bold. If every letter is not capitalised and bold, it will not count.

Yin's Origins

Yin was controlled by the scumteam; they had full login access and control over his account. They were required to answer every question that was asked to Yin in a unique and comprehensible fashion, additionally, all questions had to be answered with something that was factually true or false if the question demanded it.

The Nuances of Yin

If a townie ever asks Yin whether he’s controlled by scum/mafia, and 2 mafia have been sentenced, Yin dies and mafia must immediately secretly pick a townie to sentence. If 2 mafia have not been sentenced, mafia must answer this question truthfully, and Yin's eyes turn red; and once 2 mafia have been sentenced, Yin will die on the start of the next day, mafia must sentence a townie, and his origins are revealed to town.
The first time a townie asks Yin whether he can grant powers or abilities, Yin immediately desperados that townie, essentially making them conftown. Mafia may not ask Yin whether he is controlled by scum/mafia, or whether or not he can grant powers or abilities.
If either 3 town or 3 mafia have been sentenced, Yin malfunctions and dies, and town are informed of his origins.
