"Attention everyone, attention please" the head brain cell, and commander of the cell army, shouted, trying to quiet down the constant talking of the other cells. It didn't work. They kept talking, and it got louder and louder inside hasdgfas's head. Suddenly, a loud whistle from the front of the room quieted everyone down.

"Thanks, thank you, Number Two. I appreciate the help in calming everyone."
The 12 cells turned to face the commander.

"All right, we have a problem. If you look at these charts, you see that brain activity has lowered to dangerous levels. We believe that malignant forces are attempting to take over the brain and replace its thoughts with their own. They are probably among us, but you 12 are the best of the best. We have given you all codenames that you can refer to the others as, without knowing their actual identities. We believe that together, we can figure out a safe way to determ-"
He quieted suddenly, as the ground began to shake around them, and the lights went off. They came back on, and the commander and Number Two were gone. They knew that only one thing could be done. They had to remove the cells attempting to take over. The obvious choice was going to the truth center of the brain, but these cells didn't think of that. Instead, they thought it was a great idea to violently destroy any brain cells the majority decided were malignant.

The game to save a mind had begun....

Activity Levels and Prods:
8) I expect everyone to post approximately every 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in a prod. The more I prod you, the less I will like you, and more likely I will be to replace you.

You do not have to unvote when changing votes, although it might be helpful. You may use nicknames and acronyms when voting, as long as it is clear exactly whom you are referring to.
12) A lynch will require a majority of available votes. Once a majority is reached, no further votes/unvotes will be counted.
12.5) You may vote to no lynch. No lynch will require enough votes to make it impossible for the town to lynch anyone else. For example, if there are 20 people alive, it will take 11 votes to lynch, but only 10 votes to No Lynch because no majority can be reached on anyone else.

That Pyrite parrot, being made of fool's gold, apparently fooled everyone into being so annoyed that he was lynched. He and his ilk(Sam and Max, Wallace and Gromit, and Strong Bad) faded away into nothingness, sighing.
It appeared that he was trying to save the mind, as hard as that may have been.

The brain cells woke from their slumber(as much as brain cells can slumber) and noticed a distinct lack of obscenities being yelled. Who or what could be missing that would mean that?
It took a while, but eventually they figured it out. The sudden lack of thinking about basketball season meant that it could only be one person who was no longer being thought of. The basketball coach.
Yes, Tom Izzo was no longer among them. Not completely, at least. He was still there, but in many bloody pieces that appeared to have been strewn among the brain in a large, bloody explosion of blood and brain cell. His patented yelling at and getting the most out of his players would no longer be thought of. Apparently, not even other brain cells were exempt from his yelling at them. That yelling got even more out of the brain cells than they thought they could do.

The mind is a terrible thing to waste, and this one was one step closer to being wasted, although there was now less of it to waste.

A long day of brain discussion led to the one called Cuttlefish being under suspicion.

However, it didn't help. He was soon violently decapitated, and it's really hard to do that to a brain cell.

And so, all the brain cells began functioning again. All of them, that is, except for the one known as Ythill. He was found strewn throughout the brain in many different pieces.
Each piece seemed to correspond to a different show on the SyFy Channel. How very strange that it would work out perfectly like that.
Now what was he? Looking closer at the shows strewn throughout the brain, each of them were quite different. Maybe each of them gave a power that corresponded to the show? That seemed to make sense.

However, the remaining brain cells began to get nervous. They hadn't found any malignant cells yet, and there weren't many left. Hopefully they could find them soon, or it might be too late.

The brain cells converged upon DRK, who was still grieving for his game-making buddy. He couldn't talk to him at all since this started, because people just seemed to hate him. Now they turned their gaze on him.
He didn't really even know why. It wasn't him. He had just wanted to talk about games. His beautiful RPGs. The sci-fi, the fantasy, everything. He loved those games. That's why Cow loved those games as well.
But now, could he love them again, after Bioware had been the victim of brain mob violence? Who knows?

xRECKONERx awoke with a strange feeling. A feeling of accomplishment. He had done his job the previous day. Just keep his team from being lynched. A lynch of someone not on his team was even better than he had expected.

He awoke and looked outside of his humble abode. SFG, Haylen, and dramonic were just standing there, looking at the dead "body" of KittyMo. Her eyes were frozen forward, as though she was really into something before she died.

In one instant, xRECKONERx changed. Before, he had been a normal brain cell. But suddenly, he was an ancient being too horrible to look upon. The 3 cells standing outside found this out when he came outside to meet them. One glance, and they started babbling maniacally.
Then, just as suddenly, he changed back and gave a howl of delight.

Knowing that this was the signal, Faraday and DTMaster joined him outside.

"Good work", they said to him, "now haven't we got a brain to take over?"

They did, and they followed through with that plan. From that moment on, Cow was only able to think about 3 things(well, and related items)............

Ok, first off, let's let this game be an example of not following the cop, especially when the cop claim is terrible. Did nobody notice the fact that Reckoner claimed that his role was "Town Cop" and nobody flipped with "Town" in front of their role?
With that, I would also like to say this. I have never used a cop in a game that didn't have some sort of drawback(unconfirmed sanity) or they were just a flavor cop of some sort instead of alignment cop. I am not planning to either. With the other things people were trying to modmeta, I'm surprised that never came up.

This was a very bipolar game, going from no activity to massive amounts of activity and back a few times.

Day 1: I have no idea what happened. TheLonging just seemed to implode into babbling nothingness(like he saw Cthulhu or something)
Day 2: I was really surprised it got back to Cuttlefish being lynched. As I said, Reck's claim was terrible(although I know exactly what it's like to believe a bad claim like that. It's happened to me many times) and he just should have been lynched.
Day 3: Just, I don't know what happened here either. RECKRAGE + dramonic falling for reck's claim hook, line, and sinker seemed to be the entirety of the day.

Basically, this turned into a big exercise on site meta, with people assuming one of the two neighbors were scum, and follow-the-cop, which are two big problems that I've found on the site in general.

Those are the basic comments, if anyone has any questions for me, I can answer them.

I don't consider it to be a townie as far as balance is concerned. I consider it a very difficult role to play optimally, and balanced for that.
