Watcher and Lookout are the same thing.

How is it over justification when they are SYNONYMS.

Why did you not just simply state Watcher? It's a common role in mafia that I'm sure everyone knows about. Just like you added your role to a name claim, you also added unnecessary parts to your role. It just seems kinda weird. So, even if they are synonyms, you only need one of them, not two...
