Having not had time to reread the thread fully, I did not see what was fueling the Nanook bandwagon, and I've run across games with Pooky before where he's said he was a member of the scum party. (see OO2 for an example off the top of my head; Pooky made a list of possible roles and listed himself as scum, then died a few days later and turned up scum) I just don't like those sort of claims out of Pooky. They reek of scumminess. However, the fact that Nanook was going after Pooky makes me relatively sure he's innocent, or at least not working with Nanook. No idea who else would be a possible candidate, though, seeing as I haven't reread yet.

Just grabbing a snapshot of the votecount before the Nanook train overtook Pooky's. I found it convenient that it was at this point that MOS dropped off his vote on Pooky, as if to deflect from the rising Nanook train. If someone has more evidence though, I'm all for it.

Did you ever stop to think that I chose that time in the game to post because I've been getting prodded??? I have only been able to check in every once in a while, and that happened to be when I was reminded about the game again. I try to keep current with my games, but whenever I recieve a bunch of prods from people, I make an effort to check the threads soon after that. IIRC, I had been prodded recently before coming back to the game. From what I had seen in the thread, Pooky seemed scummier to me than Nanook, so that's where I put my vote. As far as looking at people on Pooky's bandwagon, I think we're more likely to find scum among people who switched from pooky to nanook once they realized that their scum buddy was going to be lynched.

of course taking out pooky takes out 2 players. But I am bothered that he outed self as lover so early.

I don't just want to pile on anyone at this juncture.

A bit hypocritical for someone who's #5 or so in posts on the forum. Personally, I don't think that activity is necessarily a scum-revealing factor, as long as there are reasons for a lack or activity or w/e. It's when people try to get others lynched for something they themselves are doing that I get suspicious.

I called him on it from the start. Too bad no one else has realized yet that Pooky likes to pull that as scum(see Oval Office Mafia 2 as well, for example).

The fact that we had two opposing bandwagons on scum threw me off since I hadn't been very active. Too bad I said exactly what Pooky was doing and was right. No one paid attention to me the last time I had said that, so I figured that he probably wasn't scum or I couldn't get him if he was. :/

Ah well. I wish I'd had time to be more active, I probably would've enjoyed the game more.
