The game rules are set from the start, the factions are set from the start, and everyone knows what they are getting into. This should not be conflated with a Happily Ever After situation; I am talking about JacobSavage/CityElectric concession/consideration of a draw that was offered to Garmr. Doing so is an example of poor moderation because it breaks a moderator's position of impartiality.
