Honestly I hadn’t considered the negatives of espousing your scum reads until someone brought it up here. I missed the genesis of this style of game so I’m still deciding how I (personally) should approach it.

My top scumread right now would probably be Klick for meta reasons

His RVS game in the past two games I’ve played with him where he was town was a lot more proactive, questioning stuff instead of just kinda being around

I am also quite different since the last time we played, but I digress.

You are the slot that is simultaneously remaining within the zone I expect scum to be hiding in as well as the slot that I feel is the most sortable when thrown into the spotlight.

I hear you. I’m honestly having a difficult time getting a grasp on this game for whatever reason, so I understand. Normally I would share a lot more but it seems like the correct play to keep things closer to your chest so I’m struggling to balance that.

Ok so, the game probs won't work if everyone is expecting the entire game to go different ways. Like if people aren't keen to wagon their biggest reads then there's going to be about zero chance of a serious wagon ever forming.

Flipside, if people who want info to make an actual educated decision on who to target day 2 then the people who aren't giving anything up are going to be blank reads for the first people.

My proposition. Lets either crapshoot or go serious and everyone can find two reads and only go for 1.

I actually assumed people would play like normal going into this, but I think it’s pretty clear they’re not. I would personally rather just play like normal because it’s making it harder for me to sort everyone.

Once you realize that this game was going to be played irregularly, it makes sense.

As for Bolla, he played same way last year and I even tried start wagon on him for his lurking, yet he was town, so good luck with that
