Explain. You vote RR for saying that not posting due to word restrictions is anti-town + scummy - pointing out a possible scumtell/town stumbling block, then come back and say you meant that scum could waste our quota early? Huh? RR did not suggest wasting words, just intelligent use thereof, and suggested nothing to do with scum spam. Explain contradiction and your vote well or you've earned my vote.

or
save them to catch scum effectively, hence I find this attitude scummy, as I do your vote on RR. You haven't explained what I asked in my last post. Would vote you; want votecount first.

No.
actually, yes. first, if the player is lurking and/or refusing to defend himself then it would be better to lynch him now. lurker at LYLO = bad. secondly, we learn 100% that he is townie. this allows us to more accurately read people based on how they reacted to the wagon against him, and after, how they react to his lynch.

on the flip-side, a no lynch, particularily on day 1, gives the town little to no information and the scum a free kill. yes, pro-town power roles can do stuff, but compared to good old fashioned scumhunting, they are worth little.
Yeah. No-lynch is like giving the other team the ball after winning the coin toss in overtime. In almost all situations, a very bad idea. Townie lynch = risk worth taking for scumhunting, info, and the chance to lynch scum.

Other note, Narsis, I wasn't trying to lead to a no-lynch, am almost sure my unvote wouldn't have done so. Just prefered more discussion before the lynch then - want to take advantage of the discussion we can have; and some useful things
have
been noted. That said, don't want to run into Afternoon if alternative is Ani lynch, as I find him scummy enough to think him a good lynch today. Lost PM? Maybe, maybe not. Scummy, contradictory position on word-conservation, scummy vote on RR citing a pro-town post? Check.

Also - new meta info on Ani: He played quite scummy, recently got lynched as important town powerrole Day 1 in a game I'm in. Refused to make a case on anyone else/really defend himself. He's capable of awful play as townie. I want that taken into consideration before lynching him. Also, lurkers check in. Xyzzy, RG, Xtoxm, maybe Kiro.

NO ARTICLES!

Jester is unlikely and bringing one up is still scummy. I believe it more likely that ani is clumisly playing scum with miller claim.

Mod: Could we have a word count please?
Being article police is unhelpful. Word wastage isn't severe if articles are used, though I don't much. Jester suggestion seems more like unhelpful musing about unlikely situation than anything else.

I think Wordcount is at ~5000. Ani is scummiest (especially after whole claiming business), though vaguely apprehensive because of meta I brought up. Nonetheless think he's probably the best lynch candidate thus far, and almost certainly best before afternoon hits. Ani lynch plus idle Afternoon > alternative, my opinion. What needs discussing before lynch?

Yeah. The word-wasting wasn't a strong scumtell; one scum doing it =/= everyone who did it was scum.

Notes on Jebus:

- votes ortolan, says only ‘verbose’ – that’s on a bandwagon, plus ort’s verbosity/hypocrisy/general bad-lookingness < those of Surye at that point
- uselessly hints to use thesaurus, poor suggestion, poor play
- Votes Surye, saying only ‘verboseness=bad’, bandwagon vote (though turns out Surye's scum)
- Votes FL and FOS Meji for voting on Ani bandwagon, overstates point of making good points using few words. Duh. Attempted derailment of wagon?
- Lurks through Ani case, though offers hammer

Bussing both scumbuddies possible, but unlikely. I plan to reread, see if Ortolan's possible Scum A, though.

Three of my games ended within a ~24 hour period . If this counts as a full game, I'm nearly an IC ...

Well, I tried. I thought I got prime position for scum on that Veerus bandwagon, I tell you. Pesco, you had one heck of a good gut. I was worried for a secomd when I saw you voted me, then just decided to not respond. Also, that really weird post about Pesco shouting out to the other scumteam? Though it would doom me.

Weird thing to note: I had
absolutely no idea
that Animorph was on my scumteam until he flipped (and even then I thought it was a mod error for a second). Seems he really did lose his Role PM and didn't get around to the quicktopic until halfway through Day 1, when I wasn't checking to darn thing. I really thought he was town, and towards the end of the wagon wanted to be cautious ... I'll go down on record as having used the 'too scummy to be scum' logical fallacy as scum, and, unknowingly on a scumbuddy. Huh.
