I don't know the character who came back, but based on the name I'm thinking that it's his ability and not someone else's that did it. I can see his alignment changing after he is alive again. Conversely, it does say his alignment in the post where his return was announced.

Mod let me use news flash during the night since NS did not use it before flaking. I used it on ben, hoping we'd see evidence of an investigation.

Oh..the flash I used last night was for d1, which I missed, and n1. Mistake. I was anticipating catching ben in a lie when his investigation was not broadcast. That and the reference to the prinny were the reasons I wanted to put off my claim.

By day does that mean today? I don't know whether the mod considered the action I submitted last night to occur d1 when it was due or n1 when he allowed me to submit it. If it's about today, I didn't use it today thinking that what I used shortly before morning n1 would affect today.

My role PM says "from then until the next day", and that through me off. I'm PMing the mod to clear up whether it will broadcast abilities used before my submission during the same phase so that I could still get some use out of it.
