See Cross Edge Bastard Mod. We literally racked up a good 10 or 15 pages a day towards the beginning. And we only had 27 players. And yeah, it's an ongoing, but considering that I'm just saying that we post a lot, I don't think it's really an infraction.

I don't understand the whole broken link suspicion. As far as I'm aware, everyone got a broken link. Correct me if I'm wrong? I ALSO don't get why everyone is freaking out about the town votes. Even if scum got the Smash Ball, they would be forced to use it in a pro-town way. Gollum, talk to the Ring, and act as if you and the ring are a joint force, i.e. Furry looks scummy, my precioussssssss. Also, Framm, I'm sorry about that game. I forgot about the game, and I accidentally removed it from my subscriptions instead of 971. I would post some content, but I've got to run. Will probably not be able to post again until about noon tomorrow CST.

Okay, Fate's redaction has convinced me. I know what he's talking about, even though I can't see it. No one suspected this one person except for Fate, and Fate made it to where everyone had to lynch either him or his suspect. Good scumhunting there. Oh, and the person was scum. So,

Well, I thought that I would be going to my dad's house for a week, where i would have a computer right next to my bed and way too much free time, but instead I'm at my grandpa's. There's no internet downstairs, and my dad works upstairs, so it's pretty much off limits upstairs. That said, I have managed to steal enough time to declare

stels, try reading the thread. it has already been established that traitor was his alignment, not his role. Which is a large part of why we think there are two mafias. As in, the traitor mafia, and then another mafia.

HE WASNT A TRAITOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was a member of the traitor mafia, which presumably has a completely different WC from the other mafia. Also, that was at like, the very beginning of the day. I doubt that that's where the kill came from.

If you think about it, a traitor GF doesn't make sense anyways. The only reason that you don't recruit a traitor is that they'll investigate guilty once you recruit them. Also, I would consider it almost certain that there are two factions. I've never been in a game this big with only one mafia.

I'm Peach, the Beloved Princess. I thought about it over night, and the risk of me being NKed is too great. So I decided that me being lynched would be better. Now you're probably thinking that the end result is the same: a wasted day phase. But it's not. 1. If we lynch me, we can still pick a smash ball recipient. 2. You can still use the reactions to the claim to help find scum. By the way, mod said that some people MIGHT not like it. I'm pretty sure that everyone hates jesters.

I'm sorry, it seems I was not clear. If I am lynched, it is as if I was a VT. Nothing happens. We only lose a day if I'm Nked. That's why I would much rather I were lynched. Also, looking at my role PM, it doesn't say anything about day vigs. So........ probably not worth the risk.

Chronopie wrote:No characters (afaik) fit a jester role. TBQH, I actually had (privately) speculated on Peach being a Beloved Princess role.

Nevertheless, Lynching a Beloved Princess is not the right call. We would be lynching a (near confirmed due to exclusively town role) townie, have the standard NK(s), and then lose another day for the funeral.

We would be far better off treating gandalf/Peach as conf. town, lynch someone scummy, and
possibly
having a doc protect Gandalf so we don't lose said days.
I guess...... But what if there is no doc? I guess mafia would still have to assume that there was. Hmmmmmm.....

I'm starting to think that my lynch might be a bad idea. And by the way, exactly what's scummy about it is the whole, "I'm going to act uncertain that way when the town decides what is the smart decision, I can do that and not look like a sheep" mentality.

I was talking about your reaction to my claim. Your ISO is scummy for totally different reasons. Mainly gut. Also, I didn't do this D1 because........ well, frankly, I hadn't really given much thought to the dangers of my role. The most I had thought was that I should never ever claim.

I'm not saying I shouldn't have claimed. Claiming was definitely necessary. I would have to toe a fine line between not being too pro-town, or mafia would NK me, and being too null, in which case I probably would have been vigged. And I don't think I'm that good. My initial thought was wrong. I'm just saying that there are ways to prevent me from being NKed without lynching me. That said,

I don't need to explain. Just look at his ISO. Also, forgot to switch my vote when I un-selfvoted. Also, just realized that thanks to the Smash Ball mechanic, in 3-player LyLo with a confirmed townie, town auto wins. As such, Nacho should be unvoted right now. Only unconfirmed, but still likely town should recieve the smash ball until LyLo.

Okay, look at it from this perspective. If I was a jester. Let's first assume that I'm telling the truth about my rolename. Peach would definitely not be a jester. So I would have to be lying about my rolename. Now, as far as I'm aware, jesters don't get faleclaims. But if I did, what are the chances that I would get the one fakeclaim that makes it impossible for town to lynch me? From a balance perspective, that almost guarantees me a win. I doubt that that would have been the case.

What I DON'T think is pro-town is acting like we wouldn't want to lynch me even if I was telling the truth, or saying that it doesn't matter if I'm telling the truth, we don't want to lynch me anyways. Doubt is to be expected. In other words, it's reads vs. setup speculation.
