Looking back, when 1 death happens at night, and it's of a mafia member (See: Day 2 start) and the previous night kill was not revealed, maybe due to a janitor (See: Day 1 Start), as well as 2 Day Kills, that both sprung mafia flips...

Doesn't this seem a little too easy? We haven't even lynched a scum yet... to the contrary, we have lynched a cop and a VT.

I'm thinking that maybe this day killer has some kind of millerizing effect AND/OR the Night kills are being masked by the mod or some other power.

The case on BE, and on several of the players in this game, is that they aren't doing anything. If I help lynch all the lurkers, and the VIs, and the people not paying attention, and the people not trying, then I'm either going to hit scum or I'm going to get rid of dead weight. Either way, when the game comes down to the wire, the town is in a far better position to win. BE, and espeonage, and LLD, and Tasky, and Toon Fighter, and manho and etc fit this bill. My interpretation of his post was that you do a lot of talking about the case on BE without actually making a case. Posts like "I'll post tomorrow," "I'll let other head do it," and "Go find it yourself" make you look scummy when they are disproportionate to the "BE is scum because X, Y, and Z" posts.

There's a couple things wrong here.

First, there's nothing wrong with "I'll post tomorrow" since, hey look, I actually follow up. Not to mention this hydra happens to be one of the more active players in the game. Also there's nothing wrong with "I'll let the other head do it" - If you directly quote something AGar said, why the hell wouldn't I let him address it? "Go find it yourself" is a fantastic device that I use in all my games for a wide variety of reasons that I won't go into here because this isn't Zito's Guide to Mafia.

The second thing - and this is really starting to unnerve me a bit - is this newbie-game-like assumption that votes must be accompanied by an exhaustive case. AGar already pointed out where you did it yourself, so guess what, more hypocrisy, huzzah. We all (should?) know by now that there is often good reason not to post a case along with a vote.

Also, just because LLD posted a vote without a case doesn't mean it's less scummy for you to do it.

His lists without any apparent reasoning give him free reign to change things whenever it is convenient to his cause without really furnishing any reason why. When he does provide any kind of reasoning, it is extremely weak and on the spot for being called out, like when you were told you were moved because of "tone" and "baseless accusations," neither of which he was actually able to provide a concrete example of. So of M=W's 6 votees, only two of them have flipped - so I'm not sure where you're getting this from.

I think he might be our best bet for a lynch today. He has no incentive to follow the will of the town, and we'll have to kill him eventually anyway.

He's a terrible lynch for today. Tasky is now the town's tool, to wield as it sees fit. And you just posted the incentive - he gets to live a little longer.

Also, The Frothy Ones have plenty of incentive to off him too. You're assuming he's going to make it past the next couple nights, which I really rather doubt. I'd rather use him while he's here.

Just a point of Meta... in the last SWN that got halted, I was a SK, who's win con was to see half the town die, and live to that point.
