I'm not familiar with Twomz normal playstyle, but I find it hard to set a line between stupid or scummy regarding his actions.
But from a neutral point of view, his action was scummy and would fit to a mafiate.
Also his explanation doesn't convince me.

There is no way you could consider this right.

So Fritzler sent a PM, which results into a posting restriction for Thok.
The same happened for Glork.

Now, I wonder why these PM's are turned into posting restrictions.
Doesn't seem very valueable to me, other than they are made public.

As for the masonry, Glork and CES should keep an eye on their daughter, obviously.

I also believe we don't have a second SK.
Assuming the second SK is not inactive, he certainly would make a kill.
It does not help an SK not to kill someone, unless there is a very good reason to.

Anyway, if the SK no-kills, then says "oh, there must not be an SK," he can later claim Vigilante, announce who he kills, make the kill, and get off scot-free.
Also, keep in mind, people, that there are a lot of possible explanations as to why we had only one kill last night. Doc protection, roleblocking, killers pickig the same target, etc. People are so quick to assume that there's exactly one mafia with X people left, and probably a cult, and no more SK. It's really, really hard (and generally really, really stupid) to jump to such conclusions this early in the game. It's a great ploy for scum, because if the town goes along with these bogus assumptions, we could completely screw ourselves over.

He can claim vigilante, but that doesn't guarantee him life.
All know that SK have the tendacy to claim vig. A player won't get away that easy with it. Especially when the number of living players decrease.
Even if he kills in favor of the town, he will not last.

I don't know if the town gets informed of a failed hit or double targeting, otherwise we can assume that there is no kill. (Doesn't say anything about the next night though)
And we can assume, it does not threaten us.
We can assume that there are 5 mafiates. If we lynched 5 of them and find out that we haven't lynched the leader, we know that there will be 6 of them. It doesn't really matter.
It does matter when we're going to take actions on it.
But not yet case right now, yes.

Mafia can see the town saying 5 mafiates, when there are in fact 6.
But what ploy could they make of it? I've never seen the town fail because they thought of a different number of roles.
You shouldn't worry about it too much.

oh, by the way, the advice to TU (be careful giving examples) can be given to all n00bs in general; it's just that i had a reason to address it to him at the time.

Personally, I do not see why giving an example makes you scum anyway.
And if I was mafia, why would I be so dumb to give away that information when it's seriously not necessary.
A difference in what someone sees as scummy, perhaps.
