My Pizza Hut Experience

I put in my order online and paid for my order at 2:45. The email I received told me to expect delivery for 3:15 PM.
At 5 PM, I called the location, which was forwarded to Costumer Care (CC), who told me it was on the way and redirected me back to the location, where my call was dropped.
At 6:30 PM, I called the location again, forwarded to CC, told that my order was 222 minutes late and was going into the oven.
At 7:30 PM, I called the location, forwarded to CC, who attempted to forward me to a manager 5 times, each time redirecting back to customer service, culminating in a 17 minute phone call where I was told someone would look into helping me, put on hold, and the call was dropped.
At 7:55 PM, I drove the the location to discover only 2 employees and a line of customers waiting on their orders. After ten minutes of waiting, an employee in training talked to me, was unable to offer me any compensation, and I was told the manager could tomorrow. There were no delivery drivers. Their phones were offline.

I picked up McDonalds on the way home.

If anyone wants to order me pizza, go with Dominos.

Also why did you wait 2 hours after your delivery time to make a phone call? Why did you wait 5 hours to get a different food option? Are you going tomorrow to get a refund?
It was a late lunch sort of thing. Was playing games with friends and went, "Oh, man, my pizza hasn't come in awhile, huh."
Every time I thought to get something else to eat, I relented, thinking, "Man I'd feel like a chump if that pizza shows up and I'm in the middle of making dinner."

Nope.

They'd probably conflate me claiming what their policies were as impersonation of an employee and I'd get banned from the store for half a year.

Dominos offers a 'Brooklyn' style pizza that's probably my favorite menu item of theirs.

When I was a cheap college student I'd make my own 'cheesesteaks' using Steak-ums and various spices. Once the meat was cooked up, I'd put provolone on top and cover to let it get all melty, then put it on a buttered up and toasted-on-the-pan hoagie. Was cheap and satisfying but I really should've picked up actual roast beef cuts from a deli.

Oh, I'd typically throw some pepper and onion/garlic powder on there because I liked those flavors. I used to love onions as a kid but now when I crunch into them they really bother me, so I've just been using the powder for years.

They still slime on me. I can actually handle them really cooked down in a gumbo or stew, to be fair. It was around college but I started getting really particular about certain textures in my food and it's kept me from enjoying a lot things. I'll outright gag on some stuff and it bothers me.
