I made it sound a lot more fancy then it actually is, it's more of you can be told the tasks without the need of a moderator.
The tasks themselves are all stuff to be done off forum anyway, I'd suggest watching some of the Season 1 videos to get an idea for it.
But yeah, most of the use of Discord is just simply talking to your team
