If you massclaim game numbers before we have a chance to get solid reads on the table, popcorn is less powerful, and it's easier for scum to fakeclaim.

I mean, being a miller sucks, but it's still a named role.
Why would you push to lynch me D1 when there's a chance we have a PR that could corroborate my claim later?
Role cop, tracker, watcher, loyal [anything] all come to mind. I'm sure there are more.
Miller tends to be a scummy claim, and your other play hasn't reassured me. It's page 3, not lylo.
The Mafiascum wiki says there's two schools of thought behind miller play. You either get it out of the way asap or you don't mention it at all. If you do the former (claim asap) you apparently run the risk of getting pushed or Vig'd. If you do the latter and you get scanned, there's almost no way to prevent the mislynch.
Waiting until lylo falls into the second camp (don't claim). As I've stated, I inadvertently removed that choice when I asked about how to proceed with my negative utility role.
I'm aware of how to play miller. I'm also aware that mafia is aware of how to play miller. I currently consider the second more likely. Prove me wrong.

Seriously though, Drew+Azorius is a good solve. Quickhammers (since let's be honest, nobody believes Drew hammered without reading) should be punished, especially lying about them.

So far espresso's play does concern me a bit. Mainly paranoia over the Miller claim (although I understand why a true Miller may want to take that approach) [...]

These observations are both correct. The real question is whether you think it's worth taking the risk of the latter to gain the benefits of the former.
If you had asked me before I talked with tris, I was 100% on board with the claim idea. Now that we know several games have all-VTs, I'm not so sure. I think I'm leaning towards pushing for the claim, but I'd like to generate more discussion on the matter.

To clarify, I can't honestly say how I would play the Miller. And I don't even think your claim is scummy. Like I said, it's mostly paranoia that scares me here. My opinion on the numberclaim situation (which may be poor, I don't deny that) in contrast to yours is really what's fueling my vote at this point. But without both our differing opinions and the miller claim, I don't think I would be voting you. To put it bluntly, the fact that you are claiming to be what is basically a VT with negative town utility, and my numberclaim opinion vs yours makes me feel, so far, like lynching you is at best lynching scum, and at worst lynching a "less-than-VT" if that makes sense.
That's not to say that I outright want you lynched but I need to make a stance here to understand how sound my logic is, and see if and why others agree with me.
Bad response, also setting up ml #1, not a hard one to get with the inherent scumminess of a miller claim.
