I mean I didn't know Datisi was a mason so like that probably played a factor to their thinking. I didn't exactly have any way of knowing that and I probably would not be able to find that in the moment if it was possible for me to.
Truth is I just wanted to shoot and see what happened and then try to figure out what was going on in the game based on how many claimed.

Timing was pretty important as to when, I think it was best to introduce the idea during a point of time where the day phase was kind of developed and it kind of was at that point. I don't think this kind of thing would be good to do at the start of the game but during the middle of the day once people have formed reads I think that's fine to try to throw out the idea and see what happens or if there are claims how those claims influence my reads.

Don't feel like it was worth the energy tbh
I can't win by myself in these conditions, too much.
I needed something catastrophic to go wrong today but that never ended up happening and the longer the day phase goes on the more likely it is that I just die

also ig ari being informed does make more sense than me thinking aureal lied.
I thought the person who was informed also had my role but it seemed like my idea just made me end up be a fish out of water but I think I played it fine

honestly to win I feel like I had to play perfectly + a better d1 + something has to go wrong in village
maybe under those conditions I could take Ari to F3 with Klick and Ari votes Klick there.
But given how this day phase played out I think that happening became slimmer and slimmer

I think my wave shot ended out working out so I wouldn't say it's a mistake but it flipping VT felt pretty bad. And then obviously the mason claims make it feel worse but luckily ari was willing to get rid of the other town pr because bussing was the correct play and I was somehow supposed to guess that but ok

This was the play I was worried about yes and the reason I really wanted you instead of Gimli (besides Gimli just reading as town)
Me killing Aureal instead of Ari is an entirely plausible play I'd make as scum hahaha
But yeah I think the main thing was D1 needed to be stronger

To be honest the idea I had of how the setup would play out was quite different, and in fact I think it quite heavily punished claiming, and it also quite heavily punished having a wolf be executed D1. Ideally if someone claimed Fruit and someone else claimed Mail D2 then the Informed would have thought that one of them was lying. The Inspector served as a way to possibly confirm one of those claims, the Reporter and SG to possibly find out its source, and the Psychologist was actually intended to be mostly useless. Of course the moment you claim JOAT, the whole jig is up and the whole setup just becomes spicy Goons vs Masons.
Eh, maybe I should also have informed you that no Village-aligned player had your role
maybe someone else goes for that but when I look at these roles I look at how I can try to play the information to my advantage and what the setup could look like. I'm pretty happy with how I used it, I didn't expect to be a fish out of water but maybe I just think I'm really smart but I'm actually stupid but regardless I think it worked out in my favor?
