@EP: why is Jester's comment that a BTD flip is unhelpful very scummy? IMO, it's something that a) scum are unlikely to lie about and b) scum are less likely than town to think, so I see it as a bit townish.

I think that fishy's posts are towny but not convincingly so and that makes me worried
I also think that fishy works towards pushing forward the game while simultaneously letting his own reads stagnate comfortable on a single person, which i read as scummy, but it's all just weak reads obviously

And I do feel odd about nexus's unwillingness to get lynched as well. I'm not saying town always wants to get lynched here b/c they might not want to take the shot but he's very willing to direct the lynch

I will say this: if I were to make mos pairs right now, I'd have an easy time of it.

fishy on the btd wagon is theoretically obvscum timing (going on, moderate pressure on btd, then reducing pressure and focusing elsewhere) but there's a lot of unnecessary effort that I rarely ever see put in there for scum theater on fishy's part, so that's the thing that's giving me main pause

the thing that gives me pause about jester is he's pushing pretty hard against nexus at the end there-- his transition near the end after the whole nexus thing is basically opposite of fishy

I wonder whether EP really did miss the deadline, since doing so would be super-useful for EP scum here. I tend to think yes - it's not the sort of thing that scum tend to lie about.

yes, I genuinely missed the deadline-- I got 3 hours of sleep and had 3 midterms this week, was all around bone-tired, and banked on being able to wake up in time.
another thing that gives me doubts about fishy as scum is his strat here. would be very easy for scum-him to get jester to vote me (practically 0 effort play) so this would be unnecessary for him here

but of course, scum rarely just does what is necessary.

Eh I don't see it. It crossed my mind Fish's ISO of BTD was pretty thorough and maybe BTD himself linked him the games that suited the situation but Occam's saying I'm a fool and Fish's just meticulous.

I'd like to apologise for my play here-- firstly, missing the deadline wasn't something I should have done.
Secondly, I'm sorry if I came across as not caring in LYLO. I said basically everything that I thought was relevant, was having a hard time coming up with anything else, and believed my best shot at appearing towny was to come across in that way.

I don't know if there are really any things to take away in terms of improving play for you.
I guess the one thing would be that people who produce a lot of content are generally more townread, despite that being just as doable for scum. So maybe being mindful of that-- but in reality, I came into LYLO almost certain that it was going to end up with a lynch on me. So I think we could have just done better as a group on D1, and a lot of that is on me.
