That's the first account of griefing I've heard about on this server. I'm rather saddened.
There's now a fully working Spider Dungeon Adventure Ride inside the mine that's under what will be Lookout Island. Next time I am on, I'll put up signs for it. (It's actually a 'natural' waterfall straight into a looted spider dungeon that is still spawning, so take care. The waterfall allows you time to look at the scary spider(s) and run away in comparative safety).

It would make me want to come back and see, if I wasn't utterly sure I'd flake out again before long. I'm glad things are building well on the new server.
