Open 880 - usesPython's Notes PT
You may quote posts from the game thread into this PT, but you may not quote posts from this PT into the game thread. You may draft posts in this PT to copy and paste into the main thread, but if you are going to do that, avoid using [post] tags as they will not link to the correct posts.
I will accept night actions submitted here or by PM.
It will be up to you to release this PT or not and make any redactions you want after the game ends. You will be able to do it yourself, as I've given you moderator privileges.
Enjoy!

Mini Normal 2337 is in signups with 8/13 slots remaining!
1. The game is guaranteed to contain:
- 10 players aligned with the
town
- 3 players aligned with an anti-town faction that has an equal chance to be
mafia
or
werewolves
- 1
serial killer
aligned with themself
2. All roles will be randomized from the Normal Idea Mafia deck to fulfill the predetermined faction distribution, with duplicates permitted.
3. While all of the possible roles in the game are within the bounds of Normalcy, I make no guarantee that the resulting setup will be balanced or would otherwise pass a Normal review.
4. A few roles in the deck have found to be non-Normal and have been altered to fit Normal guidelines. A list can be found here.
5. With the exception of the changes that have already been announced in the discussion thread, I will not make changes that meaningfully alter the function of a role. This applies even if the role has no effect. For example, encryptor can be rolled even though this game has global daytalk, and a mason or neighbour will get a PT by themself if only one is rolled.
6. I may make minor edits to roles to ensure that they are formatted in a clear and consistent way (e.g. minor edits for spelling and order of roles).
7. In the case of a mismatch between a role's name and its description, the name will take precedence and the description will be ignored. Descriptions will not always be copied word-for-word anyway.
Win Conditions
8. Each faction wins if all players not aligned with that faction are dead and a minimum of one player aligned with that faction is alive.
9. The game will be declared a draw if:
- all living players request one (this must be done via PM)
- everyone dies
- no one dies for three consecutive day-night cycles (or six consecutive phases)
- the game reaches a position in which one of the above is inevitable or no side has the means to meet its win condition
10. An anti-town faction may concede if all of its living members wish to.
Miscellaneous
11. Global daytalk is enabled, meaning all PTs are open during the day even without an encryptor.
12. Multitasking is not enabled, meaning players may only take one action at night unless they have the multitasking modifier.
13. You may ask me for a sample role PM for any post in the deck, but please don't abuse this.
Sample Role PMs
Spoiler:
That was an earlier plan, I rolled the setup from all 150 posts.

Plan C: We claim BP and say we were hoping to draw a kill
How it works:
We saw one kill and it's on a shield, therefore we might have gotten hit by whatever. Since UNOwen was shielded it means that if they flipped groupscum and we die n2 that means we were shot by sk n1 and hem isn't groupscum. Alternatively hem gets shot and we don't have to worry about a paranoia lim when people start going "what if the flashwagon was so strong was because both UNOwen and hem were scum"
Just claim 1-shot Rolecop after this flip
Shoot humaneatingmonkey and use Bulletproof

So it depends which roleblocking role you’re up against. If it were just you vs. a regular town roleblocker, that would be a draw because no one would die in three cycles and no one would be able to meet their wincon. If there are restrictions on the roleblocker that allow you to kill them in three nights and be the last player alive, you would win. If it were a situation that could conceivably play out in more than one way, I’d let it play out.
