mildly upset about being a vampire when there are werewolves, which are way cooler. on the other hand undead werewolves are way less cool than normal ones.

anyone who doesn't know fakeclaims weren't provided off the bat (i.e. Tim) is probably town

Hi, guys, LQ here. I can say I am honestly stoked to be with this team! Such great players!

I suggest you look over my last Scum game to get a feel for how I play. You can find this here.

I should not that Titus is usually really good at spotting my Town game or rather, spotting my Scum game as seen here.

Basically my point is that Titus may discover I am Scum very early in the game and this is a fear of mine, so to plan for this I suggest we find out what we do about it if it does happen.
it's ok titus has no credibility and no one cares what she thinks

the biggest danger for me in this game will be looking like i'm having fun. it's a pretty big scumtell. hopefully i can play it off as the setup seeming cool and being excited to have rolled tracker again after my last very successful outing.

Probably <_> I generally only enjoy playing town if the game is actually a good game and people aren't being shitty to me and/or each other, or I like the player list, or have a cool role, or SOMETHING.

@mastin: can I have my fakeclaims asap? Also, I'd like to select location

i was thinking diversifying was the obvious choice but we could be tricksy hobbitses and not do that for claiming down the line related reasons

Situational. If there's anyone who would be useful to us as scum but also might be scum, investigate them. If we already know at least one living human, look for wulden.

they probably have a race cop as well and we really want that to die

LLD is scary and possibly a good recruit (but do we want to wifom our recruits...?)

i think we should air on the side of using ninja unless we have a reason to believe we need the strongman. town protective roles are shockingly bad a lot of the time. heartless might be an exception but we'll see how they shape up, heck they might not even be town for all i know @ this point

3 town, 1 scum, 1 of the town is a vig. Town mislynches, vig shoots scum, scum shoots the vig. Now there's only one slot left alive, and all threats are eliminated, but they don't win because there isn't ANOTHER slot sharing their wincon still alive.

Pedit: what suzune said. The real key is whether or not the town factions count as threats to one another. If they don't, then they can actually win together.

If you had your fakeclaims right now, you would know there's different ones.
As this is a speed failure on my part, I'll jump the gun and give you all the win conditions your fakeclaims give you access to:

Salt Squad, Individual Vampire:
You win when all threats to
the
Individual Vampire
faction
have been eliminated.
Salt Squad, Human:
You win when all threats to
the
West Empire
faction
have been eliminated.
Wayward Thinker/Cephrir/RAM, Individual Nosferatu:

Individual Nosferatu Factional Wincon
: You win when all threats to a new humanity treaty are eliminated and at least one player with this wincon is alive.
Wayward Thinker/Cephrir/RAM, Human:
You win when all threats to
the
Northern Tribes
faction
have been eliminated.

Apologies for the delay. Those who asked for them will get their full fakeclaims momentarily.

LQ you don't need to get everyone to explain why they are scum reading you because that won't exactly make the situation better just more clear which could potentially be worse then having a naked vote. It would be better if you start focusing on finding town and scum reads and if you can do that "successfully" town reads will fall into place as a result. I feel like a lot of your play is revolving around yourself and there isn't even a lot of notable pressure heading in your direction from my POV.

I know I am really bias with this observation and this isn't something I plan on bringing up in the game obviously but it is a trend I am noticing. (Although I am not really following any of your slots right now that clearly)
i agree with this

if you want townreads, don't defend yourself, attack someone else

i think nation cops should probably do whatever they think they'd do if they were town, as it's sort of unclear how much use they even have

ill figure out who i would track if i were town and then determine whether thats actually a good play for the team

but probably gonna do that tomorrow

kill thoughts:

+:
dram is a pretty obvious kill from us, but... it might be worth it
WT, if you had a vig shot, who do you think you would shoot if you decided to use it tonight? we should have whoever that is in the kill discussion
Tim? No Retreat? LLD? All safe kills who I'd rather have out of the game.

-:
not heartless. they're going after others right now anyway, and i'm afraid to kill them
not ASOIAF -- they are a great distraction and apathy inducer
luna could draw a watcher and i'm not afraid of her
i would like to continue wking expe
bbmolla gives us no impact on the game state

re: redirect: not using it is probably okay. also, i would hesitate to redirect roles to themselves without asking the mod how it works first. i nullify that command if used on a role that isn't allowed to target itself, personally.

targets i might track if i were town: storm, dgb, rach, wake... any of those sound good?

i would probably nation check titus if i were using the human claim. otherwise LLD, copper, dave, wake, twie, tim... i could justify many choices here

i DO want to know how the fuck i can have a factional recruit and be uninformed.

@mastin: If my actual role was my individual nosferatu fakeclaim, and I asked you how my factional recruit works if my faction has other members -- for example, if a different individual nosferatu used the factional recruit, would mine then be guaranteed to fail because our factional shot had already been used up? -- what answer would you give me?

yeah i was thinking x shot might be good for me because i might end up having to go deep alone and it'd be a little weird if i only got results when there was a kill missing :p

but idk if that fits with the setup

i do think faking a guilty on ourselves becomes a stronger play the later we do it. if we did it now... i'd probably get nightkilled well before endgame.

but it's a good thought to be having.

True but if she's a town one it's not exactly a high priority.

I hope wulden don't need all of us dead. If they do I'm gonna die and soon.

that's true

we could just kill LLD... or redirect her I guess but that's dangerous as well.

we could also redirect Luna to Klingon. I want to know if Klingon is scum, tbh.

Yeah that guilty was a huge blow to us. You guys are both suspected and I'm probably headed for getting shot in the face soon.

I continue to think heartless is human slipping all over the place in our neighborhood. I think they don't care if I know.

I'm kind of pretty upset I'm not actually town because working closely with them is pretty much a fantasy for townrir. But I'm convincing myself I'm town pretty well, sometimes I almost forget I'm not. I'm not really being insincere... at least that's what I'm telling myself :(
