As a secondary my initial impression is definitely that this is scumsided...:
caveat, "one-shot ascetic" isn't a thing, because ascetic is a passive modifier, but, all interpretations of what that actually means still results in a scumsided setup here.

I expect the primary reviewer S_S to agree with me.
"Let us say that you are right and there are two worlds. How much, then, is this 'other world' worth to you? What do you have there that you do not have here? Money? Power? Something worth causing the prince so much pain for?'"
"Well, I..."
"What? Nothing? You would make the prince suffer over... nothing?"

I'm not sure whether the BP and Neighborizer townside or scumside the speculation, if they townside it a lot on top of the cop and doctor that'd seem like a lot to me.

Hider is stronger than neighborizer so it was a step in the wrong direction.

I wouldn't scream about being a pass

Something_Smart is your primary reviewer and indicated he found acceptable, and it definitely doesn't have issues significant enough for me throw yellow cards as a secondary reviewer.

Countering with any setups I'd prefer would be backseat driving from this position. I like being able to express whether I am satisfied or highly satisfied by a setup, but that doesn't mean it meets the threshold for continuing to suggest changes. Excessive modification of setups that have reached some form of passable is possibly bad for normal queue diversity anyway, even if I were the primary reviewer.

I might suggest N2 roleblocker as a possible variant on the oneshot roleblocker idea. Intuitively it seems a smidge less swingy than one-shot.

All doctors should be simple doctors change my mind

Would urge you to consider the simple doctor version given S_S's explanation of how it's not a vanilla cop, because it's a slightly better setup. But he's giving you /pass on either version

I generally suggest that the american spelling of "neighborizer" be used to match the wiki and give a smidge less modconfirm from roleclaims.
