Aiee! The game just started yesterday and already I'm being declared a lurker?
I believe that the commonly accepted and ideal action to do when starting with day is to no lynch. I certainly think we have gotten pleanty out of this day considering we haven't had a night and would be willing to put my vote no lynch.
I'm not going to do it yet, however, because I need a
Mod clarification
: Do you use Jeep's no lynch rules? That is, if you vote no lynch you go home for the day and cannot post or vote unless the town reaches half the required votes on you.

If we No lynch today, yes. We are effectively making day 2 day 1.
But, we have additional advantage. We've had discussion today. In general, all of the pro-(mafia) roles gain some extra information while offering very little to those annoying townies. And that's a nice advantage.
Aditionally, I feel that there is little to gain from hairy lynch at this point.
And in terms of voting record? Well we already have one, don't we?

This
is
a special case. starting with day is very unusual and making a practically random lynch can be saved for tomorrow.
We give the baddies
nothing
by not lynching.
The "no lynch is the devil" concept doesen't apply when you start with day.
Don't you see that all sorts of proi-town roles can make more informed night choices under these circumstances/
Making a random lynch on a free day (day 0!) will almost certainly hurt the town. No lynching will not.

Gah! you know what I meant. Confusing game. . .
I reiterate. To say that we get no information if we no lynch today is dead wrong.
I ask
you
[i/]
to tell me how we
don't

I can see that I'm simply not going to be able to convince anyone.
Unvote No Lynch

That assumed. I would be perfectally willing to jump on the Mezican bandwagon based on what we have now. It's day 1, he's claimed townie, and he's made a few but worthvote poor judgements. Based simply on rulebook playing I would vote for him.
Except the reading I'm getting from him right now is not
scum
town. I simply don't suspect him. I just think he's playing poorly.

Now
that
I can agree with Coron.
Vote: Zoneace

Had to restrain myself from putting an f in there. I'd like to poke a little activity here.

Having any more people claim on day 1 is bad. Really bad. We're just lucky we ran into to goon claims.
I stand by my vote.

Ungggh. I'm back.
I'm inclined to agree with
Vote" Mastermind of Sin
. Seems to me that he's putting up his logic and then simply abandoning it without any sort of conviction. Doesen't seem like actually wanting to find scum.

In what has happned since the initial vote
unvote MOS

MOS's were mildly suspicious but I find the reaction Maximus had to them to be extreme, seeming utterly convinced.
Vote Maximus
not because I'm not suspicious of MOS but because I'm more suspicious of him. Sticking heavily on one person outweighs jumpinng around.

I'd push for a claim if maximus clarifies that he is in fact putting himself on the line over the outcome of this day.
As of now I will

I don't really like the MOS lynch. Townies could have easily given us a chance to waste a day and do the killing for them based on past suspicion

Vote Peacebringedr

When you vote without giving a reason why, you take away the opportunity for others to refute your point and it enables masking of any scum actions without even having to bother with crap logic. It's not acceptable behavior.

I still like my peacebringer vote . . .however, for the sake of movement I'll show support for the JDTAY bandwagon and suggest that JD do something along the lines of defense, claiming, etc.

Unvote Peacebringer

Seems clean to me. Certainly no basis to vote a claimed cop.
