Miller is listed as a role on the Normal Game page and modifiers always precede the role they're referring to, since there's no modifier preceding Miller in

then the Miller role is unmodified

This is a good idea. Maybe even multiple confirmed VTs, given how townsided it was last game.

I feel like last game was pretty winnable for non-Town (though definitely an uphill battle), with a little better rng and a worse town it would have been a lot closer than it ended up being

Against my better judgement, I'm considering doing a second run of this setup. Would people be interested in playing? If so, what changes would you like to see from last time? For example, one that's already been discussed is having a certain number of guaranteed VT slots to balance out the level of town power.

Either ban or re-roll any setup that'd prevent an entire faction from killing solely from the roles they rolled (So entire town rolling BP is fine but something like Compulsive Lazy Commuter Serial Killer should be rerolled)

I don't think VTs are necessary, but I think scum shouldn't be able to roll goons.

The problem with role madness is that pretty much every town PR is either going to be providing clears or stopping kills or killing people and scum can't reliably claim those roles to mess with town because then they get shot by the other faction. We'd agree with you if there wasn't an SK or each faction had at least 1 guaranteed BP
