Appointed Jury ($20,000) - Maybe late game but it sounds harder to do all town jury if we ever need votes.

Raffle ($10,000) - It will be always Town receiving fruit so option is pretty interesting in theory. 50% chance is avoidable easly: Town Receiver just should lie about receiving and when mafia try to claim fruit, CC then. This way we get conftown AND nail scum. Otherwise it will dissuade mafia from claiming fruit in fear of being CCed.
Neighborhood Watch ($20,000) - WHO CARES
Marriage ($20,000) - We can in theory pair scummy players and get doublekills on execution.

Board of Elections ($10,000) - Why not. Any option can be interesting yet it a bit less attracting than Investigations.
Guildhall ($20,000) - Why not. Any option can be interesting. More attractive than Board of Elections.
Trading Outpost ($20,000) - Probably should be priority, to allow us more options.
