a minimum of one minute must pass between each usage of a tag for it to count

Ok, and if Wheme had slowed spamming down a bit we'd probably notice that sooner, but my 64 was counted and it was only 40 seconds after 62. So, either:

1. 15 is lying on the one-minute clause,
   
2. or hurt and heal tags have separate cooldowns,
   
3. or sky has time displayed only down to minutes, and so the only requirement for tags to count is them being posted on different clock minutes

1. A read is not a "reward", it's what I think about a person. This is like saying that if somebody who's known for high-efforting as scum plays a low-effort game I'm "rewarding" them for low effort by townreading them. It's silly.

I don't feel like a protective fits well here with a cop, a watcher, and randomish Neighborizer for town unless the other Mafia has some really good power.
