I do think your meta read is likely stronger than mine—he replaced into our game and didn’t agree with the other scum’s strategy of crossbussing, so some of what I may be basing this off of could just be a bit of frustration influencing his gameplay then.

He was very, uh, direct and didn’t try to cloak himself with a lack of detail—seemed to sort of be asking for people to challenge him about his reads to hopefully have them potentially slip up and therefore be an easy target for a miselim. However, later on he went very quiet and stalled, intentionally spending as long as he could before revealing his claimed night actions when pressured by everyone else.

I can see the sort of challenge he declared in 102 as just being part of his general gamestyle—I’ve not played a town game with him, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he used similar strategies to bait slips from others as town.

If you want a more solid answer, this back and forth with Dunn is a town process.

Holding Dunn accountable for applying the same standard across multiple slots is a lot more likely to come from town trying to discern the intention behind an action than scum. Could scum fake it? Maybe I guess, it would probably feel more pointed however.

Bingle is more a vibe read for being willing to play into my bs. I like that kind of thing.

I want to chime in here a little. I've recently played with Gob as town (granted he was part of a hydra), and immediately, he did something in this game that he also did at the start of that game, where he randomly labelled half the players as probably town with a vague reason to get reactions.
I noticed he did the same thing here, which is why I didn't comment on it here, because I also wanted to observe it to see how people reacted.

How is a slight townread like 125 posts in something you can come to “too easily”?

I thought he was TMIing town!gob, but his last post where he unvotes me doesn't seem like something scum would do with FL shading me. I've been more warming up to the possibility that gob is scum here which is why I was asking Bingle if he thinks it's possible FL buses here.

I'm taking into consideration that Bingle thinks FL would not try to powerwolf in a lobby with Bingle, but FLs approach to my slot has been nasty this game. I noticed after I pointed out how I like to be called, he started spelling the whole thing out incorrectly. That feels intentional. I know this sounds dumb to address the way he's spelling my name but I get the sense it's intentional emotional warfare. He ignored my RVS interaction as well, which is where this whole thing started. Also doesnt help he's arrived at opposite conclusions to me initially, though I have come around on town!Thomith and more recently town!AWiz and scum!gob, so idk.

so basically you got a basic nothing read and overdefending, and trying to start up new wagons, got it and noted.

Just reductive to call it a nothing read, and inaccurate to say I'm overdefending, because at the time I had gob as null. And yes I do prefer to push my own wagons, especially on D1, as a rule.

So this got me to thinking FL is trying to push me aside and so I'm suspicious as to why he would be doing that, probably because he's scum is all that makes sense. Then I read further and he's like, taunting gob, which felt mean to do regardless of both of their alignments and that just further reinforced this idea I had of Flavor.

Yes, this will be one of, if not the only time I can use this, because now that I've mentioned it I can't trust you not to correct it as scum and start addressing partners by name, or stop addressing everyone by name as both alignments.

Calling people by name is not a scumtell of yours, you do it as both alignments, so limming you here does not benefit your meta if you're town. It's that when you are scum, you don't call your partners by their name. So if you are scum here it's huge info. I think the risk/reward on flipping you is too great to care if you just "might" be town - I'd have to have a very strong TR to not want to flip you toDay now.
