Is be a hypocrite if I said I think you should never sheep people.

I think it's extremely bold to say you're doing it so early without any indication if whether that person is Town/Scum. (This is NAI, just not something I'd do)

I'm okay sheeping people if I town read them and think they have good points, but that would usually come later in the day for me.

While I could see merit in sheeping someone to get a read on them to see what they do with that power you've given them, I think I'd personally rather try and find other ways of getting that information, rather than accidentally blindly handing my sword to scum

I don't like how DE70 emphasizes early on how lazy they are, and yet posts extensive quote walls that seem the opposite of lazy. I don't know his meta - maybe this is lazy for him - but it's enough to make me pay attention. Not worthy of swapping vote, but would hop on a train for them if someone makes a good case.

Pavowski - still dont like that early post combo, but everything since then has had good vibes. Hades, edibles, first game in a few years, and the exact same reaction I had to joyboy showing up. Close enough to my thoughts and tastes that he's probably town.

ESPECIALLY not a fan of the sudden mood change after a reread, compare and contrast how 226 and 228 talk about Pavowski. Still don't like those early posts but certainly willing to write things off. It reeks of "scum failed to get people to kill this guy so they're walking away and saying 'yeah but i think they're cool now'".

You could be right as early on there are limited reasons to vote somebody that would be entirely different, so it could be nothing, but at the time it felt like laplacian could have been jumping onto the wagon and then potentially blame me for it if Pavowski ended up flipping Town. The reason why I wasn't sure to commit a read either way is because, as you said, it was still so early.

Considering there were like 4 pages of... insanity I've taken a little bit to find my usual groove, but I think I'm getting there now. I don't think I've been *that* different than usual though.

Honestly no confident scum leans at the moment, this feels like this might be a POE read this game for me at least right now.
Laplacian is my biggest, but as I said the speed of the wagon has me wary.

Gera I feel like is posting all fluff which is why I'm wary of that slot too.

Again, not confidently, but HPE feels like it isn't faking its reactions, and it genuinely is believing what its saying, which does make me think it may be town yes.

56 and 106 are what pinged me originally, 56 because it seemed to be trying to grasp onto the first substantial thing someone else pointed out, and it made me worry that the situation could possibly be that Pavowski is town, and the blame could then be pushed on me in the event Pavowski gained speed and actually flipped town.

While a few people did mention about a policy lim, this (106) in conjunction with 56 pinged me as weird.

228 with the "lazy contradictions" about DE70, was another NAI thing that I feel was jumped on as an easy reason to suspect someone, as it's something easy to explain away (they contradicted themselves!) Which reads weird to me.

The survival mode thing is also something that feels anti-town to me (an anyone but me attitude doesn't seem to make sense for town to do to me), but overall that's probably NAI, because I could see panicking town doing that sometimes tbh.

Even if Laplacious is scum, because of the speed of the wagon I do think there is at least 1 scum there.

I did just want to go back to the town soul read thing, just to make sure i'm understanding correctly.

Are you convinced that purple couldn't fake this, knowing that you know him/his playstyle? Maybe it's easier to fake on a forum where you can think more about your posts, while in chat mafia, you have to be more fast paced with your responses?

Clearly you do know him better than me, but i'll just always be wary of full soul reads I think. Obviously Purple could very well just be town like you said, and generally am liking his posting so far, so my wariness probably mainly will depend on how well you know them tbh.
