Penguin has the same philosophy that I have. Early large wagons are quite valuable to town. I think Oblivion's take on Penguin meta is correct. It would be a very easy thing to fake as scum, so the town conclusion is a but suspect.
I can't town bin Oblivion on that because its approach was very similar in the last game and it flipped scum. It's only a sample size of 1 so not very strong.

I can't easily see an obvious parallel in this case, but it's often much harder to see that from the outside than from inside.
There is a pitfall involved, just because someone did similar things doesn't necessarily mean they share your alignment. The why is as important or more than the what.

This is a recent development to be fair, Naerys did seem to be trying to solve based on the Snow wagon early, but more recently has been focusing mostly on people voting her unless prompted.

I'm different for two reasons -- a lot less free time the past couple weeks, and trying to adjust my approach after a couple recent games. I think it's fairly towny to latch on to those changes, less towny to just mention them without trying to ask about it.
