gimmick games would be like these:
uPick games - player picks role flavor or some other aspect of their role
CYS games - technically a type of uPick maybe, this is where you choose what alignment you want to play as
blitz games - fast deadlines and short prod timers
dance games - centralizing mechanic that makes the game play unlike a typical Mafia game
idea games (maybe) - semi-open setups with a large amount of possibilities and no guarantee of balance
collaborative deck games - anything can happen in these games
heavy direct mod influence games - the ultimate gimmick
