Guardian Angel Holy Deity


During pregame, a random player will be selected to be your pledge. They will not be informed that you are their guardian angel. You win the game if your target manages to be alive when the game ends*.

You have access to the following abilities.

Soul Preservation
- Should your pledge be eliminated or killed and you are still alive, instead of them dying, you will preserve their soul. The mod will announce that "the guardian angel is preserving playernames soul", but will not reveal the identity of the guardian angel. Their role will be flipped and they will be treestumped, retaining access to any threads they may have access to but losing access to any abilities they have while being considered dead for the sake of win conditions. If their faction manages to win the game, their soul will be revived bringing them back to life right as the game ends (resulting in you winning in the process), though their soul will die if their faction loses or gets endgamed (causing you to lose in the process). If this ability is used and you wind up dying afterwards, your target's soul will be preserved for 2 additional days before dying out as well.

Guardian's Blessing
- Should you be eliminated or killed and your pledge is still alive, you may use one of 3 blessings in order to benefit your pledge. The mod will allow for a short dawn/twilight phase where you will be able to make a decision on which blessing to use before you enter dead thread. Should you fail to make a decision, nothing will happen. The mod will announce the fact that the guardian angel leaves their pledge with a blessing, but it will not be announced which blessing you used.
  • Holy Smite
    - You may choose one player. That player will immediately and unavoidably die bypassing all protection.
  • Guardian's Shield
    -Grants your pledge the deathproof modifier for the next two night phases. The pledge will not be informed they received this ability.
  • Divine Miracle
    - Grants your pledge a 1-Shot special diplomat ability. The first time your pledge would be eliminated, their elimination will be overruled and the player with the second most votes will be eliminated instead (ties broken by wagon seniority then choice of the pledge if still tied). The pledge will not be informed they received this ability. This blessing will cease to function should the game enter an ELO state.
Mod Note 1: *= This win condition cares about whether the target is alive when the game ends, not necessarily if they win. Should the pledge be alive but is being endgamed by a faction that won, this will be considered a win for the guardian angel

Mod Note 2: The identity of the guardian angel's pledge is considered factional information that should be redacted upon flip.

Town Enlightener


During the day, you may elect to use your ability by PMing the mod with intent to do so. Upon doing so, you will sacrifice yourself and immediately die.

Upon doing so, you will enlighten the town. The mod will publicly reveal a pool of 5 living players chosen at random. This pool is guaranteed to include at least one player that is
not town
*. The day will continue after your sacrifice.

Should this roll get rerolled into a scum role, your sacrifice will instead enlighten your team by privately revealing 4 roles (including alignments) that exist in the game to your faction. This info will be provided within your team's factional PT and will not reveal roles who are of the same faction as you. Using this ability as scum will end the day as if you were eliminated.

*= Note the pool generated by the enlightener is guaranteed to include at least 1 non-town player. It can be more than one depending on who gets randomly chosen to be in the pool but it will never be 0. The pool generated is based off of true alignment and will not be fooled by miller or godfather effects.

Town Loyal CPR Doctor


Each night, you may target a player. Assuming no interference with your action, you will protect them from a single killing action that targeted them that night should they be attacked. If they were not attacked you will instead attack your target, killing them if they were not protected. This ability will fail if used on someone who is not aligned with you.

Mafia Don


You have access to the following abilities.

Boss Privileges
- As the "head honcho" of the Mafia so to speak, you always get first dibs on the kill. You will compulsively commit the factional kill on behalf of the mafia unless you willingly abdicate the duty to someone else by using
pass off to cronies
.

Pass off to cronies
- Use this ability during the night, to allow one of your underlings (partners) to commit the factional kill instead of you. Each time you do this, you will lose 1 Infamy Point.

Notorious Mafioso
- You have your ways of finding information and enforcing your will. Each time you use your compulsive kill action, You will gain an Infamy Point up to a maximum of 5. Should you fail to successfully kill, you will lose an infamy point. These infamy points will grant you different effects the more you gather as described below.
  • Scout the town (1 Infamy Point)- Scout out your turf to learn how well patrolled it is. You will learn how many investigative roles exist within the game. An investigative role is any role that has an ability to check a player to learn new information about them.
  • The Don's Influence (2 Infamy Points)- Get authorities to look the other way when checking you. You gain a
    Godfather
    effect causing you to appear
    Town
    to cops and alignment cops.
  • Buddies on the Inside (3 Infamy Points)- Use your connections to ID and kill the fuzz. You will learn the identity of every player in the game who holds an investigative role.
  • Cull the Herd (4 Infamy Points)- Rid your operation of potential rats. Once each day, assuming you are above the threshold to access this ability, you may PM the mod a playername. Said player will be daykilled immediately, bypassing protection. Any victims of this action will be revealed to have been "ousted by a
    Mafia Don
    ".
  • Untouchable (5 Infamy Points)- You've become notorious, there's not a thing town can do to touch you. Should you attain the cap of 5 Infamy Points, you will become immune to elimination until you drop below this threshold. Should your elimination be hammered while under this effect, the mod will announce that "The Don has pulled a few strings and avoided execution". The act of having to do this does lessen your image. You will lose 2 infamy points each time you are saved by this ability.

Should you commit the factional kill, you will passively track and watch the target of your kill. Learning who visited them as well as who they visited that night phase.
