If this wasn't enough of an explanation, claiming Jester can be two things -
1) Jester making it impossible to achieve win condition (fuuuuuuuuuuuu)
2) Scum trying not to get lynched via fear of Jester.

Again, I can't tell if that was a joke, but still. Jesters don't normally show up unless it's hinted at/stated in the game description. A Jester in this game would be logistically ridiculous, imo.

It's not great, but it's more than you can pull up for a "reasons Zwet is town" case.
