Jokey RVS votes tend to lose their oomph once someone else has voted for the person your joke is directed towards.
To me, it seems really suspicious to not want to vote for someone so early in the game; you might be scumbuddies with him.

I wanted to slow down, but that stifles discussion. However, I'll try not to be rash.

Or else that would be awkwardly hypocritical. 8-)

personally i think his reasons for not voting are fine.
i would say you are being a bit rash yes.
But still, random voting is called random for a reason...
it seems scummy to break that rule on the very first page.

So what if it is? It's better to get a mislynch than a no lynch, as you can analyze the voting patterns from that day.

You seem to be implying that just because I didn't make that particular vote during RVS, I intended to never vote during RVS. That's not the case.
But why not vote for him? You have no idea who is or is not scum the beginning of the game, so it doesn't matter precisely who you vote for.

Unless you are the informed minority, AKA scum.

What....

Are you trying to say that not immediately placing an RVS vote means that I want a No Lynch today? Furthermore, you seem to think that the day one lynch needs to be random. It doesn't. From the RVS, you can usually make a case with actual evidence against one or more players. RVS is a tool for trying to get the scum to slip, not a means to decide your actual lynch.
Okay, you know what? I can see the logic from that point on. I apologize.

Sorry for lurking, I was busy with school for a while and I'm a bit tired to play fully.
Therefore, I'll get on the wagon.

I certainly agree that that was a questionable move, as he may have been hoping a townie would hammer early (particularly given he didn't announce L-1) so we'd have one mislynch under our belts and the hammering townie for a likely mislynch next round.
@Tomato I want to hear you defend your actions.
Dear god how am I not being band-wagoned at this point. Thank god for the Noob Card.

But yeah, the damon wagon i assumed was more of a policy lynch, which is really a bad idea in hindsight.

unvote

Yeah, I know it's scummish to simply adhere to others' voting opinions on a whim...

Who voted for damon again?

Voting speculation time!

Assuming that the Damon bandwagon was mostly a scum-supported wagon, let's take a look at Silento.

He appears to not have said anything useful until his third and last post.
SilentoBoborachi wrote:From what I have been reading, this could be a policy of lurking until the last moment of the day, to give people less information to make judgements on. Or he/she could simply be busy.

Better to be paranoid, and since people are jumping on my bandwagon I'm going to jump on someone else's.

vote Damon_Gant
The bandwagon he's referring to is from Haylen:
Haylen wrote:vote SilentoBoborachi Bandwagon, go go go!
She seems a tad eager to want to start a random bandwagon with only a single vote.... I don't like that.

Now, as for smashbro...
smashbro wrote:Vote: Damon_Gant so I will be the only SE around
He appears to have voted for him before anyone noticed his absence.
Also, he never posted even after his bandwagon formed, possibly ruling out the "lurk until the finger is pointed at you," unless he really was chosen to be scum and just isn't good at not being totally inactive.

Considering probability, he's more likely to be town than scum.

And with Haylen's vulgar attempt to start a bandwagon,

vote Haylen

I bid you adieu for now.

Parama wrote:Okay guys, learn to make shorter post or I'm not going to read them. There's way too much text/content ratio in a lot of these posts and reading this thread has become a chore in which I gain little to no information from 10 minutes of reading. Succinctness is pro-town, walls of fluff are not.
Thank god for that.

Anyway, here's my deal:

I'm adamant on Haylen. I believe the Silent wagon is led by scum.
