greater ability to coordinate their actions during the day and can lead to some insane strategies. Look up the recently-ended Mini 975 if you want an example of this. In other words: be extra, extra vigilant.

With that out of the way, let's get down to business...

I'm just glad that this will be somewhat mitigated by the fact that only 2 people can coordinate with each other, so you'll never get all 4 scum wagoning the same person intentionally.

I would say that cop is the lowest priority town buy. If mafia get it, they will use it to search for the other team...I guess not as likely to find them, but it's still works for the town.

I'll come out right now and say that I am the one that bid $146 for the Nightkill. I am town, and I borrowed close to the maximum possible without hitting bankruptcy in 3 days to get the scum to blow as much of their money as possible on getting that. If someone wants to wire me their money so I can try to win it for the town, that would be cool but you probably won't believe me, so meh. At least we got the scum to spend as much as possible.

I don't think people would risk taking out loans so big that they would be guaranteed to enter bankruptcy in 3 days. $251 is probably a scum who wired money to another scum and took out a small loan. For a town person to have taken out a loan that big would require them to get $50 per night off of the pickpocket, which is impossible (I think).

Here's a super hi-c tip. In this group there is 2, if not three scum:

I misread the rules and thought the 5% reduction was everytime you payed off debt, so I thought $46 was the most I could borrow without going into bankruptcy.

I'll answer my reasoning for 2> up there even though you asked Zang. Andrius didn't use his doc ability at all (assuming SaintK was telling the truth), which means that he wasn't worried about his partner getting shot. At all. Which means that his partner must have had the NK.

Here is my proposed plan. Please comment because, if accepted, we will need to move quickly.

1) "Quicklynch" a no-lynch. There's no NK, so it won't hurt anything.
2) Masonize me, I become confirmed town.
3) Everyone wires me $$$ so I can win NK.
4) Town gets the NK's and we have at least 1 confirmed townie (myself).

This plan fails if and only if the same scumteam has purchased both arsonist AND firefighter and burns it all to get rid of me, in which case town still wins because they blew $350+ dollars to kill a single person when they could have sat back and eventually nuked the entire game.

The only problem I see is if you were scum and your partner had the masonizer, but other than that I guess the plan is solid.

The issue is that you're right. No scum in their right mind would neglect to "scumhunt." Which is why appearing to scumhunt doesn't make Fishy and SPS look town. They could very easily be scum who are "scumhunting."

About the masonizer plan, you're right, but if both are scummy, we lynch the masonizer and if they flip scum, we can be pretty sure that the masonized was their scumbuddy. Idealy we do it with townie looking people so that we don't have to worry about it.

I'm Mafia A, along with Andrius. My predecessors used the 2 shots of my NK ( as proven by Andrius safe keeping the Doctor ability) and I recently got FireFighter and Promotion ( carelessly lost the bid on Mason ), so I can safely bet Mafia B has at least the Arsonist ability on their side ( Because all the expensive abilities so far have been bought by town). If Mafia B gets NK ability too and towns lynch me, it will advantage Mafia B more than it advantages town because Mafia B will get 1 free Night to Kill/Arsonist Target. If they do it right, the town would be outnumbered by tomorrow already, with 2 dead townies ( unless the doctor successfully intervene ). Thus, I think you should consider lynching a Mafia B today instead so as to balance the situation and not to give too much power to Mafia B. Besides, I have FireFighter and invaluable info to whom Mafia B are. Then of course, I'm in for this because of my win-con, so there's a slight chance of me winning, but there is also a better chance of town winning if you don't lynch me. The only ones impaired by this deal is Mafia B, who currently holds the most power. Thus, without further ado, I will conclude by saying lynching me or not is for you to consider, I believe in your good judgement and hope you will make the correct decision.

Zang took $155 off him N2. How much would scum with no activity have on N2? 125+30=155. To have $155 in any other way is seriously unlikely. If he took out a loan on the NK, and didn't repay it, it would have to be the bizarre figure of $147 (the fact that that's the price of the NK was irrelevant; that's not what he would have

for it). If he took out a loan and repayed all he could, that's impossible.

The way he said it was that he had $125 to start with, borrowed $200 ($325), won the NK for $147 ($178), then repayed $53 ($125), then got payed D2 ($155), then got pickpocketed N2 for $155/4. It all makes sense.

Once you put the $215 he accrued in the interim into account, this leaves Nopoint with $15 he can use to borrow with. And even borrowing to the max, there is no way he can get $160.
- All this strongly implies that Nopoint is Scum B.

There is a problem with Nopoint being Scum B, though: SPS is definitely lying about what abilities he has. If he really was Mafia A and bought both the NK and the Bulletproof Vest, his BV should've gone to auction today, like Zang's Pickpocket did. SPS would've paid $294 for those two abilities, and the most money he can scrounge up in three days time to pay the debt off, including his starting funds, is $215. Therefore, since BV did not go to auction today, he definitely did not buy one of those abilities, and it has to be the NK. This means SPS is also Scum B.

This leads to an outrageous, yet not implausible possibility:

both SPS and Nopoint are Scum B

Ironically though, I was starting to get that same gut feeling from Fishy that I'd gotten from Andrius.

It's pretty funny, somewhere around D2 I thought SPS and Fishy were scum, but I never would have guessed Andrius. On a side note, SaintK, I put you on my list of want mods for the /invitational. I also put zoraster and ani on my want mods list, so we'll see who I get!

I really enjoyed this game, partly due to the design and partly due to SaintK

I like the idea of varying starting money and wages, and count me /in for a larger version of this.

I can setup a mini ebay system on one of my websites. People would login with their usernames and a password that you would pm them. It could keep track of everything, and possibly even handle all the uses of the abilities.
